Virion Eralith

(One Week Later)

"Where are you thinking of sending young Virion?" The three Asura asked me, truthfully, I didn't know yet, but he was going to want to be around action, I couldn't take that away from him.

"Either I'm going to send him with my granddaughter and have him fight in the dungeons with her, we could also send him to the wall to help out, but I truly don't know where to place him." I spoke honestly to the Asura.

"Is that because you care for the boy, or you actually don't know?" It was only him and me in the council room, all the other members were either doing something outside the castle or taking a break from planning.

"Both." I told him. "Of course, I care for the boy, I took care of him for multiple years, but if I send him to the dungeons, he'll clear it with ease. If I send him to the wall, he'll be bored, and he won't be able to do much there anyways."

"You may be right about the dungeon but sending him there would be the safest option for him. We could put Virion in the base and tell him to run through the dungeon at whatever speed he wants." I thought about it, that might be the best option for him.

"He isn't officially a Lance yet, so he can do what he wants for now, that's probably the best option. If we put him on a team, he'll do all the work, if we let him just stay at the base and do what he wants, I'm sure he'll behave and clear the dungeon while he is at it." There was one thing that worried me though. "However, what happens if they target him again?"

"He took down one Retainer, and that made Agrona quiet down with his troops." The Asura's third eye stared at me, but I was used to it at this point. "I don't think Agrona will target him again for a while."

"You are probably right, Virion can take care of himself, no matter his age." Uto still refuses to speak, we can't get anything out of him. "What about the soldiers there? You think they'll be fine with a kid running around."

"You do know what they call him, right?" Aldir asked me.

"Yes, the Devil of Dicathen." I nodded, most of the soldier have heard about the story of the kid who killed one hundred Alacryans by himself. "They will be happy to see him, I'm sure."

"Well, happy or scared, the boy can control their blood." That was true, he could. "What was Callias's report on him when they got back from Widow's Crypt?"

"That he slaughtered them, easily, no mental breakdown that he could see." The mental stuff I was happy about, I knew he would be able to kill the mana beast with no problem. "He said that he actually was calm the whole time."

"We know Virion, that boy is different, not in just the ways of magic, but in his personality at his age." Virion fought in the dungeons for a year, kill people, he has matured a lot, so it made sense. "Look at his twin sister, he may look a little similar, but there are countless differences. I don't think the little Leywin girl could take a life, and walk away, acting like it was nothing, like Virion does."

"I don't know enough about her to say, but I understand what you are saying." Virion could defeat me in a fight, he was smart, clever, and had some ideas for future battles. "Then that's it, we send him to the dungeons."

"Send him to the same place Tessia is at." I was already thinking that he protected her once, so having him there would be good. "I would wait a week to send him though, give him time with his family, which I know he has had plenty of, but he is a boy."

"Yeah, I agree, putting him with Tessia is wise." I waved at a guard standing against the wall in the front of the room. He came running over as soon as he noticed. "Albold, go get Virion." He bowed and left the room, in search of the boy. "Or would putting him with the Twin Horns be better?"
