"Veer." He said my name again, getting my attention as my heart continued to beat at a fast rate. "Calm yourself and explain to me how you know it's a him, and how you messed up."

This was a really bad situation, Arthur deserves to know everything, I told myself I wouldn't tell anyone, but I think right now might be the time. No, I can't, well, it may be the only way we survive this.

If I tell him about Cadell, with everything I know about him, maybe he can come up with a plan to get us out of here alive. Arthur deserves to know I am a reincarnate, that is the truth, and the right thing to do, so I should just do it, but why does it feel so hard to just say it.

"You're staying here, Sylvie and I will go." Arthur rested a hand on my shoulder. "You have done a lot today already, stay here, calm down, be safe." Arthur turned away and made his way to Sylvie.

I can't let that happen, there's only one choice.

However, he stopped, frozen in his place after I spoke two words, that revealed everything.

"King Grey."

Arthur's back was to me, but I could see Sylvie, her eyes were now fixed on me, Arthur spoke up, but hesitated slightly. "H-how do you know that name?" He slowly turned back to me, giving me a look of sorrow, like he didn't want me to know or something.

"Arthur, Grey, it doesn't matter what your name is, you're my brother, but you need to know the truth." I paused for a second, getting ready to reveal everything. "I'm a reincarnate as well."

Arthur took a step toward me. "Veer, I've known for a while that you were a reincarnate, or something like that." My eyes widened now, confused. "You have been an anomaly to this world just like me, it only took Aldir and Lord Indrath to help me figure it out." He sent me a smile but was still looking at me weirdly. "However, how do you know my name?"

I shook my head, panicking still because Cadell was getting closer to us, and the screams from the nearby battle rattled in my head, making me want to release the Serpent in me, and go crazy. "That's a story I'll tell you if we survive." I answered him. "Because your reincarnation and mine are two completely different scenarios." I didn't have time to explain everything. "If I'm right, a Scythe named Cadell is coming, and to be honest, I don't think we can take him."

"How do you know him?" Arthur asked, and then spoke again. "You are acting like you know him."

"That's because, in a way, I do." I rubbed my chin and thought about my next words. "Arthur, let's just say, theoretically, I'm from the future, it's the best way to sum this up quickly." I needed him to know Cadell's powers. "I know Cadell's abilities."

"I'll take your word, list the abilities." Arthur looked at me with a serious expression, taking in everything I was saying to him.

"Okay, first off, he has Soulfire, which is like this black flame that if it gets into your body can kill you from the inside, he can summon black spikes from thin air, wields a sword, and finally some sort of wind spell that's part of the decay type mana arts. I also know Cadell can turn into a shadow or gas type thing; I don't know the exact phrase." I was pretty sure I listed everything out that I knew about him. "There is one more thing you should know before you see him."

"What's that?" Arthur asked, I could see that he was thinking of what we should do next

"He's the Scythe that killed Sylvia." Arthur went speechless. "Like I said, I'll explain to you everything, because the truth it, we lose this war, I've changed a couple of things already, but right now, what's going on, is not supposed to happen."

Arthur was still taking in my words, I did just break two big things to him, even if he already knew I was a reincarnate. "I feel like I'm asking so many questions, but how do you know it's the one that killed Sylvia, how do you even know about that, you weren't born."
