-Y/N POV -
I cringe as I looked outside. "Well there goes our afternoon plans" I say falling into the couch.

Seungheon laughs from beside me. "It's okay, love. We can just figure something out to do here." he says combing the hair that had fallen in front of my face. I groan and pick up my head to look at him properly.

"what do you suppose we do?"

And then he smirks.

Next thing I knew, the once spotless kitchen was now covered in flour and countless spills. " I want to do the eggs" I say confidently grabbing them from Seungheons hands.

"I'm going to be picking out eggshell from this too?" He sighs watching me carefully crack them. I stick my tongue out as I successfully add them to the batter. "Jokes on you, that happened once and you still ate those cookies" I say, causing him to laugh and kiss my cheek as I begin to stir the batter.

"You just looked so proud I couldn't just not eat them." Seungheon explains leaning on the counter next to me watching. I smile and look away. Ever since we began dating last fall, Seungheon had never failed to make me blush even now.

I look back to him, "shouldn't you be preparing frosting or something for these cupcakes?" Seungheon put his hands up in defense and continues to mix the frosting. After putting the cupcakes in the oven and letting the frosting chill, we began to clean the kitchen.

"How did you manage to spill this much flour?" I say as Seungheon groans. "For the last time, it was an accident!" covering his face in embarrassment. I laugh and continue wiping the counter down.

Seungheon and I crashed on the couch once we finished cleaning. "How much longer" Seungheon wined, laying his head on my shoulder. Just then, a loud beep was heard from the kitchen. We both groan in sync.

(i'm terrible at transitions so we are frosting cupcakes now enjoy!)

"Stop dipping your finger in the frosting!" I yelled at Seungheon...for the third time. "Stay mad my frosting making skills are fire" he says eating the frosting. I roll my eyes and hand him a cupcake.
"Start decorating, babe" I say shaking my head.

He picked up the blue frosting and started decorating. I couldn't help but take glances at him every now and then. His cheeks puffed out and slightly scrunched his eyebrows as he carefully frosted each cupcake. How adorable my Seungheon is.

"Take a picture it'll last longer" he says not bothering to look up. I blushed, "you just looked cute" I say, shrugging my shoulders and focusing back on the green frosting covering my cupcake.

He smiled blushing a bright cherry red. "You're cuter Y/N, especially with flour and frosting in your hair" Seungheon laughs as he kisses my temple and places the last cupcake on the plate.

Seungheon and I spent the rest of the day eating cupcakes and watching whatever dramas we could find. It wasn't long before i heard the silent snores of my boyfriend. I smiled softly and pulled a blanket over the two of us and combed through his hair.

Looking to the window beside me I had noticed the rain had come to a slight drizzle. Feeling content as ever I closed my eyes. Rainy days became my new favorite thing.
