Nunew's POV.

"It's been a long time , Nhu." She said as I look at her coldly.

"So this is where you've been all this time ?" I asked as she nod.

"I've been all over the world actually. When I use up my money , this is where I'll be." She said , smiling. She then look at Zee , tilting her head slightly.

"And who is this ?" She asked.

"Zee. My boyfriend." I answered before turning to Zee.

"Zee , this is Karin. My oldest sister." I said and he nod.

"Sawadee krub." Greeted Zee making her smile.

"So .. what are you doing here ? Vacation ?" She asked as I nod.

"What about grandmother ? Is she still alive ? If so , how is she ?" She asked.

"You was so mean to leave us , Karin." I said as she sigh.

"If I were still staying with her , I would rather die." She said making me chuckle in disbelief.

"She have always controlled my life. I couldn't take it." She said.

"Do you know that things got worse after you left ?" I asked.

"All the pressure was on Gia." I said as she look at me.

"Are you trying to say that Gia died because of me ?" She asked.

"Nhu. I could be the one dead if I never left." She said.

"You never called. You never come to see me nor Gia. You didn't even show up at Gia's funeral." I said.

"How did you know that I didn't show up to Gia's funeral ? I was there but .. I didn't go inside because I didn't want to see grandmother's face." She said as I sigh.

"I am sorry. That I didn't call or bother to see you." She said making me look at her.

"I just didn't want grandmother to see me." She continued. Zee then held my hand making me look at him.

"So .. you both are lovers ?" She asked and I nod as Zee smile.

"Hm , I thought you are together with Rain. I heard that Khun Yáy wanted you to be with Rain." She said.

"I don't love Rain. I broke up with him." I said making her chuckle.

"Wow .. our little Nhu is has come so far .." she said , smiling.

"Now you're daring to stand against khun yáy.." she said.

"Does Khun Yáy know about this ?" She asked as I slowly look down before turning to Zee.

"I haven't told her yet. But I will soon." I said.

"You're afraid aren't you ?" She asked as I look at her.

"Nhu , how long are you going to let her control your life hm ? If you are just going to give in to her , you'll be just like Gia." She said.

"Gia was too weak. The weak will always lose. If you continue to be like this , you'll end up like her , Nhu." She said.

"If you don't stand up and fight , you just have to prepare for what's coming to the both of you." She said and I sigh.

"If you love Khun Yáy too much , you won't have a life for yourself." She continued as I turn to look at Zee. He gave me a small smile as he caress my hand gently.

I packed my bag as Zee came in the room , leaning against the door frame. I plopped down on the bed , sighing. He then walked towards me , sitting beside me as he held my hand.

"Karin is right. I love Khun Yáy too much that I don't have a life for myself." I said.

"Ter .." he said as I look at him.

"No matter what , I don't want you to let go of this hand. We're going to stand together and fight for us." I said making him smile , caressing my cheek. I then leaned my forehead against his as he held my hand tightly.

"I love you." He whispered making me smile.

"I love you more." I said as he kissed my forehead lovingly before bringing me to his embrace. I wrapped my arms around his waist , hiding my face on his shoulder.

- next day -

"I hate that I have to go to the office without you." I pout as Zee chuckle.

"I am sorry if I can't follow you .. I promise Janis that I will follow her to her doctor's appointment." He said and I sigh.

"It's okay .. I understand .. say hi to Janis for me.." I said making him nod. I wore my shoes as he leaned against the door.

"Drive safely okay baby .." he said and I nod , kissing his lips.

"I love you." I said.

"I love you more." He said pecking my lips making me smile.

"I'll come home as fast as possible .." I said making him nod. I then wore my sunglasses , walking to my car as I turned back to Zee , waving at him making him chuckle , waving back. I smile before getting in the car , starting the car as I drove out of my place.

Zee's POV.

I got out of the shower , drying my hair and soon I heard the door opened making me frown.

"Did he left something ?" I asked as I then walked out of the room , walking downstairs and soon froze. She turned around as I slowly walk towards her.

"Sawadeep krub , Khun Yáy." I said as she looked at me.

"You must be that Zee kid." She said and I nod.

"Krub." I said as she then walked towards the sofa , sitting down. She then looked at the space as I slowly sat down a few feet away from her.

"You have a charming face." She said.

"You must be Zee , my grandson's ... Nunew's faen." She said and I nodded hesitantly.

"Krub .." I said.

"I've heard so much about you .. you worked with Nhu , don't you ?" She asked.

"And that you live with only your mother and little sister." She said as I look at her.

"You graduated at a known university. You have the exact passion as Nunew. Everything seems planned , don't you think ?" She asked.

"What about your relationship with Nunew ? Was that planned too ?" She asked.

"I also heard that .. before you became Nunew's lover .. you had a girlfriend name , Janis." She said making me shake my head.

"Janis was never a girlfriend of mine krub. She is my childhood best friend." I said and she sigh.

"That's the same for Rain. He went from being a childhood friend to becoming a lover." She said.

"But now ... my Rain has become a outsider." She said as I look at her.

"Because Nunew replaced him with someone else." She said , looking at me.

"Now let me ask you." She said.

"Is it love ? Do you love Nunew ?" She asked.

"Krub. I love him." I said with a confidence.

"What is 'love' to you ? The relationship between you and Nunew... is it really love ?" She asked as I kept quiet. She then took out a brown envelope from her purse. She placed it on the table making me look at her , confused.

"In that envelope , there's 50 thousand baht. Take this money and leave Nunew for good." She said making me look at her , frozen.
