reason #3 (your laugh)

dear luke,

this is the third reason of 101 why I loved you.

the third reason I loved you was your laugh. I had heard many unique laughs before I met you, but yours was by far the best/most unique one I'd heard.

you had a different laugh during certain situations, and that's what was weird. you would make so many corny jokes that I would pout at you to try and get you to stop, but it would only make you laugh, and sometimes you'd laugh so hard you would snort.

I loved your laugh the most in the morning when you wouldn't wake up. I would straddle your waist and try to wake you up by poking at your dimples and you'd wake up and nearly attack me at the sight of a person on top of you.

you'd look at me and once you realised it was me you'd giggle at me and pull me off your chest, whispering in my ear about how weird I was before you convinced me to sleep for a little while longer.

another one of my favourite laughs of yours was when something funny was on the TV and when no one else laughed, you would laugh hard. you'd laugh so hard that the corners of your eyes would crinkle and your dimples would pop out.

sometimes, when you got really excited, you would squeal, and I would laugh at you and say that you sounded like a girl, and then you would go into our room and put on one of my dresses, walking out in my 6 inch heels, and then you'd end up falling and twisting your ankle and I'd have to put ice onto it while you laughed at your stupidity.

your laugh was the best when you were drunk. you had a different laugh for when you were tipsy, drunk, or completely hammered.

if you were tipsy, you would giggle a little.

if you were drunk, you would chuckle a lot.

if you were completely hammered, you would laugh so hard that your stomach would start to hurt and you'd have tears coming out of your eyes.

you'd also laugh a lot when you were drunk and I tried to carry you to the bed, because most of the time I would fail and id end up on the floor with you on top of me while you giggled at me and then fell asleep on my chest.

your laugh was something that I knew I was going to miss, even before you were gone. your laugh was cute, quirky, unique, and annoying all at the same time. it was melodic to my ears, and something I knew I was going to love to hear every day of my life, no matter how annoying it was at times.

your laugh was contagious. I could be in the worst mood possible and your laugh could make everything better. if you laughed, I laughed. that's one thing I hated about your laugh.

it was so hard to take you seriously, and every time we fought I would be yelling at you and you would look at me and the corners of your lips would twitch and I knew.

I knew you were going to start to laugh. and when you laughed, I laughed, and the fight was soon forgotten.

your laugh was something I could never forget. it was like music to my ears, reminding me that you were human, and you had emotions. (not that you really showed it, since you usually always smiled.)

your laugh was one of the things I missed most. it was one of the many things I loved most about you.

that was reason 3 of 101 why I loved you.

love, amanda
