I can hear the loud clap from backstage where I am busy fixing the sheer dress with one of the models wearing one of my collections. Lili tapped my back again for the third time to get my attention.

"Be ready...your collections are next. Focus Kira Jill."

Nodding at her to make sure that I understood what she was saying because I know that Lili was worried since we got back here to prepare.

Quen was still not here and I was nervous as hell thinking that something might happen to him because he never breaks his promise to me.

I know that.

Checking my phone again for the nth time, Quen still has not left any messages. I took a deep breath to calm myself before messaging Sheen and checking where my boyfriend is right now.

"Kira, you're next."

I managed a small smile to our instructor when she signaled that it was my turn now and my models needed to walk out to show my designs on the catwalk. I was clapping my hands the whole time my collections were shown outside, the smile on my face widened feeling so much satisfaction right now.

I glance at the last model and smile at her, gesturing to her to walk with me at the catwalk so the people will know who's the designer of every collection shown on the fashion runway.

The lights and crowded people welcomed my eyesight as soon as I walked out. Waving my hands and smiling at every person who claps and cheers for me but my eyes still looking at the empty chair where Quen should be seated.

Don't get me wrong. I was happy right now but I just want to see him especially where I am standing right now.

Seeing my friends holding a small banner for me made me chuckle a bit giving them a small wave before we walked back backstage.

Lili gave me a tight hug and congratulated me before her turn.

While waiting for the show to finish, the models that wore my designs gathered around me, congratulating and complimenting me about how great my designs are.

"Thank you very much for wearing it as well." I muttered and softly laughed because they all hugged me.

"You will do big in the future Kira!" One of the models smiled after she hugged me again. "Can't wait to see your beautiful creations slaying every fashion week!"
