Calista's POV
I kicked him a little.

"Here. You wanna hold something?"

He picked up his guitar case.

"Y-you're gonna let me hold that?"

"Only if you want to. It's not that heavy."

I took it out of his hands.

"I-it's kinda light?"

We started walking back to my sister.

"I'm glad, you're feeling better. I was worried about you."

"Aww!"

"Don't even start."

"Start what?"

"You know what, I'm talking about. Have you drawn anything new?"

"Yeah. I saw some pictures of you and drew those."

We made it to my sister and all of the girls surrounded us.

And...

Now I see why, he hates airports.

"Okay. Okay. Please line up. Don't crowd us."

Everyone was talking over each other.

"Guys, you all need to relax. There's a young boy and you're scaring him."

As soon as he said that, they all backed off.

"Hey buddy. Are you okay?"

"N-no."

"Are you lost?"

"No. My sister's around here somewhere."

"Do you want help finding her?"

"I'm here! I'm his sister!"

I saw a girl running up to us.

"I am so sorry! I turned my back on him for a second! Billy, let's go."

"I'm in no rush. If he wants to talk, I can talk."

"Hey!"

"We've been waiting for hours!"

"Okay. And? You know, I don't like when people do that. I'm the reason, he was scared so, I wanna fix it."

"Oh!"

"H-how do you focus with school and music? I'd lose my mind."

"I did at first. I did get thrown into this situation when I was 13. I still have a hard time with it. Tour is always in the summer so we can all take breaks to focus on our lives. I still end up working on songs when I'm in school. Lyrics just pop into my head and I write them down when I have time. It's a bad habit when I'm in class though."

They had a mini conversation then he took pictures with everyone. Girls walked away freaking out.

"Are you okay now? I'm so sorry about that."

"We have to go. Our flight leaves soon. Thank you!"

They ran off.

"Awww how cute!"

"I hate you."

I sat in the middle of the car with him. Sherry dropped me and him off at his house. We went up to his room. Nobody was home.

"I'll be back. I gotta shower."

I sat on his bed and started using my phone. He went into the bathroom. I heard the water started to run. He walked out of his bathroom and grabbed clothes. After a while, his bathroom door opened and he walked out in only pants. I was able to see all of his upper body tattoos.

The wolf on his left inner forearm. The black and white butterfly and rose on his right hand. The blue butterfly tattoos that start at the bottom of his left side and go up to his chest.

"I-I like your tattoos. Did any of them hurt?"

"A bit. I got used to it. My back one killed me."

"Y-you have a back tattoo?"

He turned around. He had a beautiful, giant monarch butterfly on his upper back.

"I guess, you like butterflies?"

"Yeah. Some believe, they represent new beginnings, joy, and happiness. Some say blue ones grant wishes and bring you luck. With monarch butterflies, I was taught, it was a loved one that died that came to visit."

He turned around.

"So it's like what, I've been taught about red cardinals?"

"I guess, you could say that."

"H-how long did that one take?"

"Uhhh...I don't remember. I think, it was 6 sessions and 20 hours? Yeah. That sounds right. The anti possession one on my leg stung a little. Do you have any?"

"No. I want some though."

He started walking closer to me.

Maybe...he just wants to be closer to me.

We obviously can't be without each other.

We must have separation anxiety.

People can have that right?

It makes sense to me.
