CHAPTER TWENTY TWO:

"They are in the dog house. Not even that. They will sleep in a pig pen, a dog house is too fucking luxurious. Fuck them!" I complained under my breath as I climbed the steps to the jet behind my uncle and cousin who were both snickering quietly.

Aro and Caius not only did not make it back in time but Marcus, seeing how it was upsetting me, left to go find them and didn't make it back either.

Good on them. Piss off your already pissed off mate. Now I'm not just pissed off, I'm sad and pissed off.

That stupid iffy feeling is getting worse and it's becoming unsettling so being so far away from them has been hell and only been a few hours!

What the actual fuck are they thinking? This is a bad idea. I feel that it's a bad idea! Is this sinking feeling really just the bond or is there something more here?

"It will be okay Mother," Jane assured me and I took my seat on one of the plush sofa seats, "I'm sure something urgent has come up or they would be here. You'll see it will only be a few days and we will all be together at the castle."

"I don't like this either, Mother, but we have orders. We will see you soon, alright? Stay safe!" Alec says and lets out a huff when I plant a kiss on his cheek and then Jane's.

"You two be careful okay? I will tear the earth apart to slaughter the person who hurt you if you come back to me in anything but perfect condition, do you understand me? Then I will tie our ankles together so you can never leave me again." I swore while looking them both in the eyes with the most serious face I could muster.

"We'll be fine Mother. We have to go now." Jane sighed then looked over my shoulder to Chelsea who was snuggled up to Charlie on one of the other seats, "Keep her safe and out of trouble please. Gods know what she will get up to without us there."

"I'm pretty sure I know how to get my hands on some pink paint and I have a key to their offices." I supplied, plopping down into my seat with an innocent smile on my face.

Chelsea giggled and replied, "I'll keep her out of trouble. It can't be that hard!"

I heard Alec mumble a quiet 'you'd be surprised.' as he and his sister climbed down the steps and I let outa flustered "HEY!"

Within ten minutes the Jet was sealed up and in the air and I was still in my seat mumbling about the not so nice things I was going to do to my mates when I got my hands on them. The term Blue Balls has not even begun to describe it.

Something floppy hit my face and I sputtered and caught it, noticing that it was one of the books I had recently received.

"Read a book and stop thinking of ways to torture your poor mates. If you give them blue balls for six months we will all feel their fury. I'm sure you'll find a punishment to fit the crime as soon as they explain what happened. I think you're about to give most of the men on this plane PTSD from flying with their angry Queen." Chelsea spoke up, making my face flush red as I realized most of the men had pained expressions or were guarding their nether regions.

I plastered an innocent look on my face and widened my eyes then asked, "What razor blades and lemon juice don't sound pleasant for you? I'm sure I could borrow some of Caius's weaponry to help them REALLY enjoy the experience!"

There was a split second of silence then an accumulated round of groans, hisses and a few mumbled 'remind me not to piss her offs'.

"Read your book, Kiddo, and stop tormenting them. We have a long flight ahead of us." Uncle Daddy Charlie ordered with a pointed look.
