Chapter 16

(just a short fun chapter)

Third person POV

Bruce smiles looking at the tablet in his hands, Thor peeking over his shoulder. "They both have have your super soldiers genes plus hinata's chakra form. They don't yet have her eyes but they will get them in later stages of life."

*Flashback*

"Were you born with those eyes Hina?" Bruce asks the girl who was sitting on the chair and reading a book on medical sciences. "Yes I was. I'm a pure blood and only pure Hyuga are born with them but aren't able to use them immediately" she smiles looking up from the book. Bruce hums and gets back to working on Ultron. "Pure blood huh. You guys have such things" Tony snikers. "Well it doesn't really matter. There were some things you humans would consider stereotypical but I'd rather not talk about it" the girl rolls her eyes before chuckling, making the other two makes smile and shake their head. She was a mystery which would never truly be uncovered.

*Present*

The rest of the Avengers nod. "Their senses are enhanced too. You never know when they would say their first words even though they were born just a few days ago. We need to be careful, like they might try walking earlier than expected." Bruce says while looking at the two bundles of joy. "So you're saying they're a mixture of a lavender eyed witch and a super soldiers" Tony rolls his eyes "talk about genes.....lucky f-"

"language!"

Tony's next comment was cut off by a loud cry followed by another. Bruce being nearest to the kids picks up the girl while Clint got the boy. They both rock the kids in their arms, made weird faces, talked in a baby voice. Finally Tony just took the little girl and sat on the couch "stop crying". The little one looked up at him with wide eyes and stayed silent for a minute before crying louder.

Tony groans letting Steve swoop up the girl from his arms "were you just trying to threaten a kid". Everyone turns towards Pietro who called the kids name. He came towards them at his enhanced speed and rolled his eyes to the centre, sticking out his tongue, making the kids giggle. The Avengers look at each other dumbfounded before breaking into laughter.

It was another normal day at the stark tower, as normal as it could be with two 6 month olds. Steve was in the kitchen making dinner, Natasha, Pietro and Bruce busy stopping the kids from putting anything they find in their mouth. Now being able to crawl, the Avengers had to look down at their feet while walking, due to the two little demons being extremely silent when they wanted but also fast when left on the floor.

Adrain was busy pulling Natasha's hair while Ava had successfully got out of Bruce's hold and was now sitting in front of Tony. Both of them seemed to be staring at each other, neither of them breaking the eye contact. The toddler confidently pointed a finger at the iron man "St....sta....". The rest of the Avengers watched closely "Steve! Ava is about to say her first word!". The father came rushing out of the kitchen and looked at his daughter who was still having a staring contest with Tony. "Are you trying to say Stark?" Tony smirked. "Sta....Shark!" The toddler giggled loudly.

Natasha burst out laughing hard trying not to fall off the couch with the little boy in her arms. Steve and Bruce chuckle while Clint smirks "Tony Shark.... I like that". Tony rolls his eyes and shoots a glare at Pietro who was singing...."Tony Shark Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo!".

A smile forms on Tony's face as he picks up the little girl "you love making fun of me don't you". He pinched the girls nose before breaking into a chuckle "Shark....."

Steve picks up Adrain and place him on the table "How about you champ, what would be your first word. I hope you say Dad". "D....da...." The toddler tried to repeat his dad's last words. A smile forms on everyone's face as they stare at the father son duo. "da.....dad!" The little boy giggle and clapped his hands. Steve grins and picks up the boy, spining him around "he just called me dad! Did you guys hear that! He called me dad!".
