Gregor arrived at the arena where the party was just about to start. There were 2 thrones set up on the stage for him and Luxa to sit on. He took a seat beside her because she was already there. The man from earlier announced to the crowd that this was their moment to celebrate their new king and queen and as a result of that, everyone would me free of their duties for the next day.

The party was so upbeat Gregor had forgotten there was ever a prophecy. They had really changed up the arena, adding extra decorations than the last time Gregor was there. The music was upbeat, exciting tunes that everyone danced to. Gregor and Luxa went around talking to the Regalians, important it not they saw it as an honour to be able to celebrate with them. Gregor was barely able so sneak away from a long conversation and met up with Lizzie, Hazard and Tetris.

"How's it going?" Lizzie asked him.

"Lot of people. I guess it isn't that bad," Gregor was able to get out before dancing was announced. "I gotta go I guess."

"See you later!" Hazard yelled after him as he jogged towards Luxa.

Lizzie POV

The dancing had started and Luxa and Gregor had taken the stage. Some had joined in on the dancing and others clapped along to the beat. Occasionally the others clapping would join the dancing too. Hazard and I stayed at our tables, watching the others dancing. It was until the last song that everyone who was sitting out joined in.

"Get into pairs!" I heard one of the singers yell out to the crowd.

"You guys should go dance. Enjoy yourselves," Ripred said sitting down at the table.

"Do you want to dance?" Hazard asked me.

"Sure, I don't know the dance though," I said.

"It's easy the steps are in the words," Hazard told me.

It wasn't until the tune started that I recognised the song:

Join the dance and come be merry.
Take my hand and do not tarry.
One, two, three steps up,
One,two, three steps back.
Turn around
Off the ground
And set down what you carry

I did decent for the first time doing the dance. Like Hazard had said the steps were in the words. The last part was where I got confused. Hazard was to carry me off the ground and spin me around which he did and then disappeared weaving in and out of the circle of people. I found myself doing that too, eventually meeting Gregor who flashed a quick smile at me and returned to being face to face with Hazard.

Join the dance and conquer sadness.
Take my hand and banish madness.
One, two, three steps up,
One, two, three steps back,
Turn around
Off the ground
And give yourself to gladness

By now I was getting the hang of it. We both circled around again meeting each other to start the last verse.

Join the dance and be lighthearted.
Take me hand and lest we be parted.
One, two, three steps up,
One, two, three steps back
Turn around
Off the ground
And finish what you started

Hazard set me down. We were both panting and grinning exhausted from the dance, staring into each other's eyes. For the first time ever I thought maybe he may have liked me back.

"Well wasn't that fun?" he asked as we sat down.

"Yea it was," I said.

Now it was time for the cake. Everyone had taken a seat at a table and Gregor and Luxa were on the stage again. There was a huge count down from 5 by the whole arena. At 1 they cut the cake together to be followed by cheers. The buffet was switched out to plates of cake for everyone to take as they left. The party was now over. Everyone was going home. This long, long day was coming to an end. I flew back to the palace with Hazard because, once again, Gregor was no where to be seen.

No one even bothered to stay awake any longer. Hazard and I went to the royal quarters and split ways to head to our rooms.

"Goodnight Lizzie," he said as he went into his room.
