I wasn't in the mood to shoot today. My mind was still stuck on the previous day, and I couldn't even sleep. My crew members were concerned about me being quiet, as I usually shout at them to act nicely, but today I simply sat on my seat. All my thoughts were clouded about Jimin, and I didn't know if he would ever come back to the shoot. Was he crying? Or did he feel sorry for acting in my movie? Those were all I could think of.
But my train of thoughts was distracted when I noticed Jimin's white car. My eyes were glued to it. The door opened, revealing a shining and bright Jimin. He wasn't sad at all. Instead, he was glowing brightly and walking happily to the set. He greeted everyone on the set happily and bounced his steps like he always did.
As soon as our eyes met, he smiled widely at me, and I could see that he was blushing, causing me to raise my eyebrows.
I furrowed my brows when he stood in front of me and handed me a rose, making me give him a dumbfounded look.
"It's for you, Director Nim," he shyly said, making me poke my inner cheeks.
Seriously?
Did he fall in love with me just because I saved him? I shouldn't be surprised because he is just a kid, and he doesn't have an idea of what real love is.
I snatched the rose from him and threw it in the trash bin.
He clearly wasn't expecting my behavior, which I could see in him.
"What did you just do?" he asked dramatically.
"Instead of bribing me, why can't you go and prepare your dialogue?" I shouted angrily, making him more upset.
"Listen, Mr. Jeon. I am trying to act nice with you, but you are getting on my nerves," I stated angrily.
"Then what is stopping you? Go ahead and hate me," I announced, making him throw a fist at my chest.
"What the -----"Before I could yell, he ran away from me, showing his tongue playfully and giggling.
I made a fist and dusted off my shirt and decided to let this incident aside.
For the whole day, I noticed that Jimin was staring at me, which made me uncomfortable. What was he thinking about me? I'm older than him, and how could he easily fall for me? Geez, kids these days are nothing but troublemakers.
I walked silently to my room and caught a silhouette following me.
I'm so done with you, Park Jimin! I sighed and decided to give him some lengthy advice.
As soon as I turned my back, he hit his nose on my chest, causing him to rub it gently. I folded my arms and glared at him.
He pouted and didn't meet my gaze.
"Why the hell have you been following me since morning?" I asked him.
"Me? Following you? Haha! Nice joke, Director Nim," he nervously laughed, but I didn't want him to get hurt in the end.
"Don't try to act cool, Park Jimin. I'm six years older than you, so trying to fool me won't work," I stated in a dark tone, trying my best not to yell or be too harsh with my words.
"Umm, actually, I--hmmm," he stuttered.
"You fell in love with me. Is that it?" I scoffed and glared at him.
"Huh? " Jimin blinked his eyes and he looked at me with a lost puppy.
