Conflicting Emotions and Tensions Rise: Personal Issues Threaten the Mission

      Alyssa sat in the capsule, her eyes fixed on her mother's journal. She had barely slept a wink on the journey back to Milan, her mind consumed with the information she had just read. On one hand, she wanted to give Selena and Zayn hope that their parents might still be alive. On the other hand, she couldn't risk hurting them even more if it turned out to be a false lead. And then there was the mission in Milan to consider - everyone had to stay focused if they were going to succeed. She sighed and leaned back in her seat, her mind racing with conflicting thoughts and emotions.

Alyssa walks back into the hotel feeling a mix of emotions. She was still angry at Zayn for being so weird about Anna, but she knew that they needed to work together to complete the mission.

As soon as Alyssa enters the hotel room to find Selena waiting for her, arms crossed and a scowl on her face. Alyssa could sense the tension in the room as Selena's anger filled the air.

"What were you thinking, Alyssa?" Selena said, her voice sharp with frustration. "You disappeared for hours without telling us anything, leaving us to handle everything on our own. We had no idea where you were or what you were doing."

Alyssa stands her ground, her own anger rising. "I needed some time to clear my head," she said firmly. "I had to sort out my thoughts."

"But that's not your job, Alyssa," Selena snaps. "Your job is to be a part of this team and to work together with us. We can't afford to have you disappearing whenever you feel like it. We need to be able to count on each other, no matter what."

Alyssa takes a deep breath, trying to control her temper. She knows that Selena has a point, but she's not ready to apologize just yet. "I understand that, Selena," she says evenly. "But you have to understand that you're not the only one's giving orders and one day you'll thank me for leaving today."

Selena glares at her, clearly not satisfied with her response. "We can't afford to have you letting your emotions control you, Alyssa," she said icily. "Not when we're in the middle of a high-stakes mission like this one. You need to be able to keep a level head and stay focused on the task at hand."

"Oh wow, you two calm down!" James snapped. "Enough is enough!"

"You do not get to tell me what to do." Selena turned around to face James. "I am the boss here, if I am unsatisfied with whoever's behavior I have to say it and make sure it doesn't happen again."

"Selena, what do you think I've been doing this whole time? Going out for a walk in Milan?" Alyssa ironically asked.

"Spoon called;" James announced. "She'd been in Vegas for a complementary mission."

"Thank you!" Alyssa uttered.

"Yeah, she always has a complementary mission when we're on the edge of something important." Zayn said.

The man didn't dare pronounce a word for the whole time, he didn't even want to meet his girlfriend's gaze.

"Bro, you're going too far on this one." James warned him, placing his hand towards Zayn.

"May I remind you that you have been leaving the hotel for two nights in a row?" Alyssa growled;

Zayn look at her straight in the eyes wondering how they reached this point after everything they had been through.

"You did what?" Selena realized. "Don't you fucking know that our lives are at stake? That Alyssa could die? That this guys are the one responsible for our parent's dead? Are you out of your fucking mind?"
