CHAPTER SEVENTEEN

Chaeyoung's POV 

Morning came, I'm in Jennie's bed. I slowly sat up so I won't wake her up. I gently move away from her hug and wore my clothes. I grabbed Haidie and wore it. I decided not to wake Jennie as her maid will come soon. I saw her stir on her bed and I saw her trying to find me beside her. So cute! 

"Good morning My love. I'm going back to my cabin. I have to prepare for my journey at Eastern region." I said softly thrn went back to site at her bed. 

"Why did you have to leaver early? I thought you will leave in next few days?" She asked then went closer to me and hugged my waist. I carresed her hair and looked at her. 

"Not again Jennie. You've been telling this to me. You know I can't easily leave if you keep doing this to me. Please My Love. I promise I won't be long." I begged her and she deeply sighed. 

"Fine. Then leave. I shall not beg again to keep you here. If you really want to go then leave." She said coldly and stood up. Her flawless back was in front of me. She was looking away and I decided to put my hands on her waist and pulled her closer to my body. I whisper in her right ear. 

"Don't be like this My Love. I promise you, I will be back. When I got back, then we will do everything you'd like to do. Please don't be angry with me." I said softly and planted a kiss on her neck. She turn her back and face at me. She grabbed my face and kissed me passionately. 

"I understand, I won't hold you any longer but promise me when you got back, you'll have to marry me." She said seriously without gazing away from my eyes. I was shocked, my eyes went wide and I don't know how to process this. Is she serious about this? 

"What? Are you sure My Love?" I asked in disbelief. She nodded at me and I felt like she's waiting an answer from me. "I will marry you when I came back. I promise." I said and she smiled at me. "What makes you want to marry me My Love?" I suddenly asked. She touch my cheeks, she place her lips on mine and pulled away then looked directly in my eyes. 

"You're not hard to love. Because I love you and your oddness. Your sweet gestures for me, your wonderful smell, your flaws. I love who you are Park Chaeyoung. I just love you with all of my heart." She said and kissed my lips. I held her waist and deepen our kiss. I felt her arms went on my neck. She's trying to make me stay. I gently pull away from our intense kiss. I leaned my head on hers and breathe slowly. 

"I love you too My Queen. I promise to be back for you and marry you." I said and she just nods at me and we both felt our loud heartbeats. 

It's my time to leave, I'm just waiting for Jennie to sent me off. She's at her cabin while I'm already at the gate of the Palace. I saw Sooya and Lalisa is also here but they don't mind me as they talk with each other. It's still slitghly dark but I've gathered that it's already morning.  Last night, I felt how Jennie don't want me to leave. She's been so close to me last night, which makes me not sleep properly. 

Sun is slowly rising and warmth is slowly growing inside as I saw her walking elegantly towards me. Her cold feature but sent warmth in me, her soft lips which looks light pink as if I was looking a pink rose with her undeniable beauty. Her smell which makes me so weak and her touch that sent shivers on my back. I'm really inlove with her, The Queen of Joseon Kingdom, the remarkable Queen for me. I can't wait to marry her, the love of my life. My soulmate, Jennie Kim. 

"Great morning Lord Chaeyoung. How have you been? I hope you had a wonderful and peaceful sleep." She said warmly which makes me smile. I greeted her and bowed at her. 

"I am well My Queen. I had a wonderful sleep. Many thanks to My Queen's concern." I said while me head is still looking down not meeting her eyes. She moved closer to, I felt her touch my chin and lift them up.
