CHAPTER 6

"Hello, Ihstan. Glad you are here. I miss you darling."

The moment I stepped in the door of Kaldhi's house. Her mother, tita Kendra, welcomed me a hug. Then, she kissed me on my cheeks.

"How are you my handsome boy?"

I almost laughed at tita Kendra's voice. It was just like we did not see each other in million years. I've been in this house last week.

"I am okay, Tita. Where's Tito?" I asked her then looked around finding Tito Aries, Kaldhi's dad. "Is he on work?"

"Yes, darling. He was always coming home late." She smiled. "You know he was taking good care of the company." Tita Kendra sighed.

"And Aevra?" I asked, Kaldhi's youngest sister.

"She's in her room. Do you want me to call her? I'm sure she missed you too."

"Ah, no - Tita. It's fine." I said.

"Okay, darling. Just feel at home. I am going to cook adobo for dinner. I will be mad if you rejected eating here." Said tita Kendra and chuckled.

Tita Kendra cooked adobo for dinner. She insisted that I should eat here. I do not want to refuse. Besides, she was a good cook like mom.

Kaldhi, on the other hand, already took a shower. I was in his room telling what my day went.

Then, he played a music for us to relax. It was a satisfying slow music that can meditate us from the tiredness of this day. Well, we were always tired in school.

"We should sleep here instead. I was too lazy to drive all of a sudden." He stated after a second. "Besides, it's already raining." He chuckled.

That's right. It was already raining outside. The weather suddenly changed. The lightning thundered too. What a changed!

"Okay. No problem." I answered. "The plot twist though." Then, we both laughed. "I am gonna take a shower then. Prepare me some clothes to wear."

Kaldhi quickly got my uniform in his bathroom after having a hot shower so that their maid could wash it. That was really humiliating. I didn't do anything to prevent him because I used to wash my clothes.

I wore a pair of pajama that he prepared for me. He went out of his room to deliver our uniforms to wash. We still have a class tomorrow so I need them.

"Your mom called me earlier. Don't worry." Kaldhi stated when he got back in his room while I was practicing my parts in our reporting tomorrow. "Let's go for dinner then. Dad is home."
