Days passed and the campaign was a success it was the talk of the town. I gained new followers on my social media accounts but those are managed by my agency. I do have a private account but only Milly and Jakey know about it.

The three of us are on our way out of the campus when we saw a commotion outside. As we reached the gate I saw Lexie leaning outside her car with a bouquet of flowers and chocolates. As she saw me, she then came close and handed me the flowers and chocolates which earned teases from other students.

"Hi Sab, I don't have any other way to contact you because I know your socials are handled by your agency so I just went here to formally asked you out for a date" She explained.

I don't know why but I didn't feel any kilig at all. Other girls would obviously be ecstatic but I guess, not me.

I am in my deep thoughts when I heard Milly talk.

"Anong pakay mo sa kaibigan namin? Huh?" She said while her both hands are on her waist and looking up at Lexie. She is a petite girl.

I laughed at her antics and turn my attention to Lexie. I don't want to waste her effort and agreed to her proposal. I also need to talk to her about something.

As we arrived at a fancy restaurant, we are greeted by the hostess who guided us to our table. I guess, Lexie booked ahead of time.

"Lexie, nakakahiya naka uniform pa ako. Di mo naman sinabi na sa ganito tayo kakain. Lahat sila nakatingin dahil sa suot ko"

"Oh, trust me, sweetheart, they are not looking at your uniform but at your beautiful face," she whispered in my ear.

I just rolled my eyes at her remarks.

As we are seated, I was astounded to see Clay and a woman seated at the table beside us. I quickly looked away but it was too late when she greeted me.

"Hi, Sab! It is nice to see you here" she said in a mischievous way.

I just ignored her and turned my attention to Lexie.

"What do you want to order," she asked as the waiter stand at our side.

"I still have work later, so we have to be quick Lexie. I'll just have Spaghetti alla puttanesca and a side of garlic bread. Oh and just lemon water please as I smiled at the waiter"

Lexie ordered her food too and the waiter left. I even saw him give high five to the other waiters as if they accomplished something.

"Thank you, Lex, for the flowers and chocolates. I really appreciate it. But I have to tell you something."

"Wala pa nga eh. Are you already rejecting me? She asked with a little annoyed tone.

I was about to speak when I heard a peal of loud laughter at the other table. It was Clay and she was laughing so hard but when I looked at the girl she was with, she was confused too so I don't know why she was laughing.

She noticed that everyone is looking at her so she stopped and apologized. She then looked at me and gestured a peace sign. I just rolled my eyes at her.

Our food arrived and Lexie asked the waiter to take a picture of us.

We talked about stuff mostly about volleyball. I didn't get the chance to talk to her and besides I don't want to do it publicly. We then finished our food, I offered to split the bill but Lexie insisted to pay for it since she asked for this date. I didn't argue anymore and just let her be.

We are about to leave when someone called Lexie and she looks like she is in a hurry.

"I'm sorry Sab, but I cannot drive you to your work. My coach called me and apparently, we have a meeting tonight. I'm really sorry Sab"

"It is okay Lexie, please don't be sorry. I totally understand. You can go now magtataxi na lang ako. Thank you again sa flowers and chocolates pati na rin sa dinner. Ingat sa pagdadrive"

"Thank you Sab, ikaw din ingat" she said as she kissed me on the cheeks.

I'm on my way out of the restaurant's parking area when someone is honking at me. I turned and raised my eyebrow she lowered her window and it was Clay and the girl she was with earlier.

"Sab, hatid kana namin. Baka malate ka pa sa work mo"

"No, Thank you. It's okay I can manage"

"Please Sab, get in na. Medyo malayo layo pa yung Cafe dito"

I look at the time and 30 minutes na lang before my shift.

I'm still contemplating whether to accept the offer or not but heck I cannot be late to work.

"Miss, look I don't know you but since Clay is insisting to give you a ride to work just get in so we can go now." The girl said as she rolled her eyes at me.

I just nodded and get in the back of the car.

The whole ride was awkward. I saw Clay throw glances at me in the rearview mirror. I just closed my eyes as I leaned my head on the window.

I felt someone tapping my knee I slowly opened my eyes and I saw Clay, "We're here Sab".

I didn't know that I fell asleep, I fixed my stuff and open the door. "Thank you so much for the ride. Have a good evening" I said to them as I gently closed the door and walked away.
