Today Roco, Nikki, and I will have a magazine cover shoot. This is one of the photoshoots that the three of us booked all together as a promotion for the movie as well.
I heard Clay is going to be the photographer since this is an international magazine they got an international photographer as well.
I am in my makeup room when someone knocked on the door.
"Hi Sab, I brought you an iced chocolate drink and some snacks" It was Nikki and she even brought me flowers too.
"Niks this is a lot. Pinapataba mo naman ata ako e"
"Hindi naman. I just want you to eat properly sobrang busy mo kaya. And if in case you get fat, you will still be beautiful, Sabrina"
What she said earned a tease from the glam staff inside the room.
"Okay, I'll go na. I have to prepare too. See you later." She said and planted a kiss on top of my head.
"What was that Sabrina?" Kia asked with furrowed brows
"What?"
"Bakit may pag kiss pa? Don't tell me she is courting you?"
"What? No! I don't think so? I mean.. I'm— I'm actually not sure."
"Sabrina Jasmin Delvan???"
"Miss Sab ready na po tayo" a production staff called
Saved by the bell.
It was just last week when Nikki confessed that she likes me. She didn't really tell me directly that she's gonna court me but she keeps on bringing me flowers and food.
She even asked me the other day to eat out and we did.
So yeah! I guess she is courting me.
We are now on the set ready for the photoshoot. The three of us wearing khaki-colored clothes.
"Alright guys let's start" It was Clay
The three of us started posing for Clay. A few moments later I noticed that Clay is a bit irritated.
She has a wry face the whole time, stomping her feet when she walks and her voice loud when instructing us to pose. I dunno but, is she pissed?
"It's a wrap," Clay shouted and left right away.
What's wrong with that girl?
After the shoot, the three of us decided to have dinner but this time Roco will introduce us to his boyfriend.
By the hour of seven in the evening, Nikki and I are now in a private room in a Japanese restaurant waiting for Roco and his boyfriend.
"Are you excited about the movie premiere tomorrow?" I asked Nikki
"Yeah! Very excited. I'm curious about people's reactions to it. You?"
"I'm a bit nervous but I'm excited at the same time" I answered
"Do you want me to fetch you tomorrow so we can go together?" She asked
"Okay. I'll tell Kia so she can come to my house right away before you arrive"
"Ah.. okay. Sure"
A few moments later Roco opened the door to the private room.
"Hello, bitches!" He greeted us
"Kanina pa ba kayo? Sorry na-traffic kami e. Anyway, this is my boyfriend Alex. Alex, this is Nikki and Sabrina" he continued as he gestures pointing at me and Nikki.
"Hi beautiful ladies, it's finally nice to meet you both" Alex greeted us and offered his hand for a handshake
"Nice to meet you too Alex" I greeted him and accepted his hand and Nikki did the same.
"Umorder na kami kanina for the four of us pero kung may gusto pa kayong idagdag order lang ulit tayo." I informed them
We started eating and chatting.
The night went well but we decided to go home early to prepare for the movie premiere tomorrow.
It is quarter after three when my makeup and hair stylist arrived. The premiere will still be at seven in the evening but the red carpet will start at six.
Nikki arrived just right on time and she is wearing a Black Tuxedo Matte Jersey gown.
"Hey, beautiful! Are you ready? I heard her ask as she slightly opened the door of my room
"Yes! Just some finishing touches" I replied
"Okay, I'll just wait for you downstairs"
A few moments later I descend the stairs.
"Wow!" I heard Nanay, Kuya Raul and Nikki said while their jaw are hanging opened
"Iha, napakaganda mo naman ngayon" It was Nanay Irma
"Ngayon lang po nay?" I asked teasing her.
Before Nanay Irma got the chance to answer Nikki whispered in my ear.
"You are always beautiful Sab"
"Thank you Niks. You are gorgeous in your gown"
"Tara na at baka ma late pa tayo sa red carpet" It was Kia as she gestures for us to head out
Kuya Raul will drive us to the red carpet. I told Nikki to just leave her car para di na kami mahirapan.
We arrived at the entrance just right on time. Nikki came out of the car first and offered her hand to help me which I didn't decline.
As the two of us stood beside each other, the shutter click of the cameras started and the flashing lights of it too are almost blinding us.
I didn't expect that there will be a lot of spectators here tonight. I guess they are intrigued by the movie or we just promoted the movie very well.
"Wow! The two of you look splendid tonight"
"You have chemistry together"
"Sobrang bagay kayo"
"Are you guys dating each other"
"Ang cute niyo! Ampunin niyo na ako!"
"Sab, one chance lang oh"
"Sab, will you marry me"
"Nikki! Nasa likod ang pila"
"Nikki, bagay kayo!
"Nikki, boto kami sayo"
These and a lot more are what we heard from the crowd as we walk down the red carpet. Nikki and I just laughed about it.
As we get close to the main stage Roco appeared and the crowd went berserk.
The three of us posed for the crowd and then went inside the theater after.
We have our seats reserved with our names on it. The theater was filled with the whole production team, the media people and some invited guests and personalities.
