Chapter 18: The trap door

In the cafeteria

Zelda paced the floor. "We need to find a way to get into the teachers lounge," she said. "Why can't we just let the others spy on him?" Peach asked. "Oh my god you two are annoying!" Link shouted. "Your the one stuffing your face with food!" They yelled in unison. "Link if you eat to fast you'll get a stomach ache," Zelda said. "Well then future Link can worry about that," he said then continued eating. Zelda then turned back to Peach. "Alright now let"s-" Zelda started to say then got interupted.

" Wait Zelda I have a question," Peach said. "What's your question?" Zelda asked. "Well if we're spying on Chrom, why do we need a plan to get into the teachers lounge?" Zelda stood in silence, She fell to the floor with her mouth opened."C'mon Link we're going to the teachers lounge," Peach said. Link got up and grabbed Zelda by the back of her collar and dragged her out of the room.

Some where over the rainbow......oh I mean in the hallway

"What the hell are you doing Ike?" Samus asked Ike who was trying to climb into a very very small vent. "Samus! Language! This is a PG book!" Palutena yelled angirly. "Seriously?" Samus asked. "I'm actually not sure. Anyway Ike! You'll never fit in there," Palutena continued. "You just have to believe!" He said. "Wow and to think you and Marth call Roy stupid," Samus said. "Ike I agree with Samus only Pickachu could fit in there," Palutena said as she crossed her arms.

Finally Ike pulled his head out from the vent. "We should've just had a plan or something," Palutena said. "Why don't we just ask the others if they've made any progress?" Ike asked. "Well I never thought of that," Palutena said. " OH I see how it is we have to do what YOU come up with," Samus said. "No, no, no that's not it at all it's just that I um....."

" You what?" Samus and Ike asked.

"I'm just the s-smartest in this group," Palutena got out. "Oh I see just because your a GODDESS means that your the smartest. Well I have you know I haven't gotten a grade lower than an A. Scratch that a B. So, I'm smart too! Or are you still the smartest because your still a GODDESS. You know Palutena I know a lot of other-" So, Samus kept complaining and ranting. While that was happening Ike called the others.

Ike: Hey you guys how's it going?

At first there wasn't a response for a while ,but then someone responded.

Link: Um not so good Zelda's in shock and Peach is playing with Zelda's hair. Somehow. Anyway how's it coming for you guys?

Ike: Well Palutena said she was the smartest in the group and now Samus is saying that she isn't and I'm bored.

Marth: Hey while your groups are doing nothing our group is getting somewhere. Meet us in the back of the school.

Ike: We'll be right there.

Link: It might take us a while.

Marth: That's fine. We'll see you there.

"Hey!" Ike screamed getting the girls attention. "What is it?" Palutena asked. "Marth, Lucina, and Rosalina found something. Marth told us to meet them in the back of the school." So, they went off.

In the back of the school

"Isn't this to noticeable?" Rosalina asked looking at what they had found. "Maybe they accidentally left it like this maybe they were in a hurry," Lucina suggested. "Well if it's that secretive don't you'd think they'd be careful with it ,and no matter what would happen they'd hide it?" Marth asked. "Are saying this was done on accident?" Rosalina asked Marth. "I'm not sure ,but once the others get here we'll investigate it more," he said. "HEY GUYS!" A voice said, the three looked in the direction and saw Ike, Palutena, and Samus.

Rosalina waved back. "So, what'd you guys find?" Samus asked. "It's right in front of you open your eyes," Lucina said. In front of Samus was a trap door. "What we'll do is we'll wait for Link, Zelda, and Peach. Then, three of us will go down there, while the rest of us cover up the trap door," Marth said.

So, finally Link, Zelda, and Peach showed up. "I think Link, Marth, and I should go down there," Lucina suggested. "Why?" Samus asked. "Because Link's strong, Marth's smart, and I just wanna go," she responded. "Wow your selfish," Samus said.

"It's a desire!" Lucina shouted back. Link went down into the trap door first. There was a ladder there to climb down. After Link went Lucina went and then Marth. Once they were all down Link took his phone out ,and put the flash light setting on. The room was filled with crumbled up papers and broken pencils. "What's over there?" Link asked pointing to a table with something unusual on it.

"Lets go check it out," Lucina suggested. The three of them carefully walked over there. They were almost to the table ,but then Link fell down. "Aaaaaaaahhhhh!" Link screamed. "LINK! Don't worry I got you bruh!" Lucina shouted then grabbed both of Link's hands and pulled him back up. "Lucina I owe my Life to you," Link said. "It's all in the day's work of..........uh.........hold on let me try to think of a cool name." Lucina said then stood there looking up in the dark ceiling. "I think I have a name," Marth said.

"What is it?" Lucina asked in excitement. "The idiotic dramatic girl," Marth replied. He then took Link's phone out of his hand and continued forward. "Well that wasn't very nice," Lucina pouted. "Hey! Give me back my phone!" Link demanded. "Are you sure you want it back its in really bad shape," Marth informed. "Let me see," Lucina said then rushed over to Marth. "Wwwwwwooooooaaaaahhhh Link what happend?" Lucina asked.

"Don't you two remember that day? You know with Ike and Roy. My phone's broken because of that stupid Roy," Link said. "Now you see what Ike and I go through," Marth said. Link nodded his head in agreement. "Hey are you guys okay your really loud," a voice that was Ike's said. "Yes Ike we're fine," Marth implied. "Whatever you say," Ike responded then pulled his head out of the hole.

"Now it's time to investigate," Marth said as he touched the 'machine'. "What do you think it is?" Lucina asked Marth. "It's some sort of machine," Marth responded. "Link, Lucina I need you investigate the papers on the floor ,and find the lights to this place," Marth ordered. "I think these are the lights," Link said then flipped a switch. Fortunately they were the lights. "The only problem is we can't take anything with us," Marth said disapointed.

"Let's just take pictures of this stuff," Lucina suggested. "That's a good idea," Marth said. So, while Marth played around with the 'machine' Lucina and Link took pictures of papers scattered across the room. "No way!" Lucina shouted. "What?" Link and Marth asked panickly. "I-It's the signature here. It's my father's." They all stood in shock. "Let me see!" Marth said. He shoved Lucina out of the way to get a good look at the signature. "This signature is the same one that's on the machine!" Marth exclaimed.

"Seriously?" Lucina asked. "Seriously," Link responded. "Hey guys," the three looked behind them and saw Rosalina sticking her head into the room. "Yes?" Marth asked. "Its getting late we should start heading out," Rosalina responded. "Alright we'll be there in a little bit," Marth assured her. Rosalina nodded her head then disappeared. "Link take a picture of this," Marth said.

"I can't I ran out of storage," Link complained. "Damnit!" Marth shouted. "We'll continue this tomorrow," Lucina said. "Fine but Link I am going to need your phone," Marth said. "WHAT! No way!" Link shouted back. "Don't worry I'll take good care of it," Marth said. "Promise?" Link asked. "Promise," Marth said.

That night Marth studied every paper and researched all night. Until he fell asleep.

But another event happend that night. Someone tiptoed outside the school, heading to the trap door. "That's weird," a male voice said as he stepped foot into the room. "I could've sworn I turned the lights off."

Wow. Okay I'm just astonished at all the votes, comments, and views I'm getting. Thank you all so much. Oh and sorry about the delay I had a lot and I mean a lot of stuff happening in the first weeks of summer I went to a wedding, my co-writer restoringthemagic83 moved(sadness), I had a huge dance recital, I got Splatoon, I had my cousins that live in California visit, I had my grandma that lives in Iowa visit, but now it's all over. Oh and one thing that's coming up that I'm really excited for is my birth day it's this Sunday (June 14th) and I'm doing flipping laser tag! Exciting I know so I'm going to do a special for this book on my birthday! And I'm sorry if you miss Roy, Pit, Robin, and Shulk I miss them too but don't worry you'll see them soon. I keep on making these a/n's really long. Bye!
