Dwelling on the past

It was now 12:30 and Me and mick we're walking home. I found it really embarresing that he heard me talking to a gravestone so the tension was awkward.
"Ya know, it's not a bad thing you were talking to a gravestone" mick laughed.
"Don't take the mick, mick" I joked.

We finally got to the pub but surprisingly it was empty.

Micks POV
The pub door were locked so I took my key out of my pocket and unlocked it to find the carter clan sat around the circle table, surrounding Linda and my baby boy, Oliver.
"Hello my gorgeous lot" I greeted.
Becky sprinted over to Linda and Oliver and L happily handed Oliver over. i sat with Nancy, lee, oliver, Tina, Linda and becky. becky didn't take her eyes off Oliver and she looked after him perfectly. in the next 2 hours, Tina left and lee went to his girl friends house.
"You're doing a good job, sausage. Oliver really likes you" Linda smiled. I put my arm around L as she spoke.
"I like Oliver too. infact, I love him" becky said. Linda looked at me delightfully as if she were proud.
"I just don't know how someone so spiteful can just dump a baby on a couples doorstep and walked away like it never happened" once again, the happy moment was spoilt by becky. nancy looked over at me, shocked.
"Not now, becks" I said shaking my head.
"Yes now. I'd never do that to my child, it's discusting, mick. it really is" she said, on the verge of tears.
"I know baby, I know but not now!"
"You don't understand" she shouted.
"Let it go becky. stop dwelling on it and get over it!" I looked at the floor and when I looked up, becky was staring at me with tears streaming down her face in anger. she handed Oliver over to Nancy and stood up.
"Becky, calm down" Linda calmly said.
"No!" Becky shouted.
"Stop it!" I slammed my hands down on the table, making Oliver cry.
"Look what you've done. go. get outta my sight now" I said coldly.

Beckys POV
Micks words hurt me but I tried not to lose it and break down. I looked around the table to see everyone staring at me in disappointment. what have I done? I've ruined it for everyone. I've ruined this family!
