I'm currently sitting in my room, contemplating whether to send a message or not. Yes, Hoseok gave me Jin's number, but I'm unsure if I should send him a message telling him to save my number,

Few hours back

"Can I get his number?" I asked.

"Why?" Hoseok asked, raising his eyebrows. I didn't know what to say. Actually, I don't even know why I'm talking to Hoseok. But I wanted to know where Jin is, so I tried to find some excuse. Then something came to mind, and I said to Hoseok,

"Act-tua-lly, I wa-n-ted to s-say so-r-ry t-o hi-m." I stuttered through the whole sentence. I hope he believes it.

"For what, though?" he questioned. "For creating a scene that day," I replied, looking down.

"Actually, I want to work on his idea only. So, please, can you give it to me?" It's true, though - after that day, he never even glanced at me. I always saw him smiling when talking to Jungkook, Hoseok, Yoongi, and nowadays Jimin too. But when our eyes met, his expression would become cold, just like on the first day.

After thinking for some time, Hoseok replied, "Okay, then." Then he took my phone and dialed Jin's number. I just hope he's not giving me the wrong number. After saving his number in my contact list, he gave my phone back and said,

"But if he asks who gave you his number, don't tell him that I gave it. Tell him that Yoongi gave it, okay?"Saying that, he ran away.

Yoongi chased after him, shouting, "Yaah, Jung Hoseok, you wait!" Then Yoongi looked back and warned me, "Tae, if you dare say that I gave you his number, then you'll see what I'll do to you. And remember, we live in the same house." Saying that, he started chasing after Hoseok across the whole campus.

They're cute, though. I wish I had what they have.

Present

Now, here I am, sitting with his number. At first, I planned to call him, but I knew that as soon as I heard his voice, I would die stuttering, and he would think something else.

I'm thinking about what to send him. Should I ask Yoongi? No, he would drive me crazy with a thousand questions. Jimin? No, he would think I have a crush on someone, which I don't want him to think. Jungkook? He would be the best for this, but then I remembered what I saw that day.

I threw my phone on the other side of the bed and lay down. I don't know what to do. I brushed my hair once with my hand and then got up to pick up my phone. I opened Jin's chat and lay down again. I thought of sending him a simple 'Hi' and seeing if he would reply. If he did, I would think about what to do next.

"Hi 😊"
I added a smiley face too. Then, I put my phone on the charger and went to the dining room to have dinner. Yoongi and I chatted a bit while eating. After dinner, I took a warm shower before going to sleep. Since I don't have any classes tomorrow, I plan to sleep in until afternoon.

As I came out of the shower, I heard a ding on my phone. I rushed to grab it, having completely forgotten that I messaged someone. I quickly rubbed my hair with my towel and put on my night pajamas. Then, I took my phone off the charger and sat on my bed.

When I opened my phone, I saw two messages from Jin.

And how the f*ck did you get my number😳🤨😱??

He is cursing in front of an unknown person. And the emojis he is using. My god what is he, and I thought he ran away because of this challenge. Then I notice the heart sign beside his name, Hoseok saved it. First when I saw that I wanted to change that. But I don't know why did I stop and left it how it was. I was in my deep thought until and unless I heard another ding

I managed to reply. He didn't block me though, he viewed my msg. Is he waiting?? Taehyung you better type fast or you are gone this time for sure. I said to myself. Should I say to him who I am, but if I don't he is for sure going to block me.

I don't know what to reply. Wait why the hell, is he calling me. Taehyung you are doomed if you don't receive the call. I received the call. And then I heard a loud yell from the other side,

" Yaah tell me fast how did you get my number. Orelse I am going to file a case on you that you are stalking me"

Whatt!!!! Is he crazy?? I replied him slowly,

" Cool down, actually Hoseok gave me your number and before you say anything I actually needed it coz I am sorry for behaving with you like that, I want to work on your idea only."

" So that means you didn't show your idea today. Aish, how can you be like this, you could have won today easily and make me work on your idea. Anyways your apology is accepted. As you will be doing on my idea, then till I return do some research on some recipes. Okay then, I will go now"

I don't know what got into me that I stopped him. But I wanted to hear his  voice long, I said

" Listen"

" Yes??"  He asked

" I missed you"
