FEELINGS

Heya lovelies ❤️❤️, hope you all are doing good. Here is another chapter. I didn't intend to write this chapter. But yeah I wrote it anyway. It's a short chapter, I wanted to add the first part of this chapter in another chapter of my this book but then it would make the chapter too big. So yeah divided it. Hope you all like it and I hope you all are liking the story so far.

"Taehyung, what are we?" Jin asked again, his voice barely above a whisper. Taehyung froze, his eyes widening in surprise. A look of shock and confusion plastered on his face, as if he hadn't expected Jin to ask such a direct question.

Slowly, Taehyung turned around, composing himself. "I don't know, Jin. I really don't know... Maybe friends?" Jin smiled faintly, his eyes filled with a mix of hurt and longing.

Taehyung wanted to approach Jin, to hug him and reassure him that everything would be okay. But he remained still, unsure of how to react. Jin's trembling voice broke the silence.

"Friends, you say? But I don't think what we're doing is what friends do, Taehyung. Oh, maybe you meant friends with benefits, right?" Taehyung's eyes snapped back to Jin's, filled with a deep sadness.

Taehyung tried to explain, but Bogum's incessant banging on the door interrupted him. "Taehyung, you should go... He's..." Jin's words trailed off as Taehyung approached him, ignoring the commotion outside.

Taehyung placed his finger on Jin's lips, silencing him. "It's not what you're thinking, Jin. I'm just confused. I don't know what I'm doing or why. But I do know I want to make you smile. I want to be the reason for your happiness. Seeing you cry breaks my heart,when you are sad I too feel like crying. Jin, these feeling which I am going through I never felt for anyone, it's all new to me. Just give me some time please. Please Jin, I don't want you to overthink anything cause I can promise you one thing that my answer will make you the happiest. So please Jin" Taehyung said, his voice filled with emotion.

Jin's expression softened, and he caressed Taehyung's cheek. "Same goes for me, Taehyung. My feelings for you are genuine. Take all the time you need; I'll wait for you. Just don't break my heart," Jin said, his voice barely above a whisper.

Taehyung's eyes locked onto Jin's, filled with a deep longing. "I won't, Jin. I promise." They foreheads touched, and a tear fell from each of their eyes.

The moment was interrupted by Yoongi's voice yelling from outside, "Taehyung, come out fast! Your guest is driving us insane!" Taehyung smiled, looking at Jin. "I should go."

As Taehyung leaned in, Jin closed his eyes, expecting a kiss. Instead, Taehyung chuckled and kissed both of Jin's eyes. The action triggered a blurry flashback in Jin's mind – a night of drinking, a person kissing his eyes the same way Taehyung had. Jin remembered taking that person's name, a name he wanted to forget.

Without thinking, Jin pushed Taehyung away. "You should go now; they're all waiting for you." Taehyung sensed Jin's fear and asked, "Jin, are you okay?"

Jin breathed heavily, trying to calm himself. "I'm sorry, Taehyung. Go now, quickly." Taehyung couldn't finish his apology as Jin pushed him toward the door.

As Taehyung opened the door, he looked back at Jin, who smiled faintly and mumbled a "thank you." Taehyung chuckled, knowing Jin was flustered because of him.

Just then, Yoongi smacked Taehyung on the head. "Ouch, Yoongi!" Taehyung groaned in pain.

Yoongi glared at him. "Do you know the trouble Bogum has caused? Who told you to bring him? He's been driving us crazy with his nonsense. He was your responsibility, but no, you were busy with Seokjin..." Yoongi's rant stopped mid-sentence as he realized Taehyung was no longer beside him.

Instead, Taehyung was laughing with Jimin and Jungkook in the living room. Yoongi's anger boiled over. "This son of a bitch! He's dead today! Kim Taehyung, you're dead!" Yoongi yelled, storming over to where Taehyung stood.

"Why are you smiling so much?" Bogum asked, frowning. He and Taehyung were sitting in the driveway, inside the car. They had to leave early due to Bogum's health issues. Taehyung had suggested booking a cab for him, but Bogum was too stubborn to go without Taehyung.

Taehyung, however, didn't mind leaving early, as he would get to return and see Jin again. The thought excited him, and he couldn't help but smile.

"Nothing, I'm just happy," Taehyung replied, still grinning.

"By the way, you're going to stay until my birthday, right?" Taehyung asked, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "So, you'll have to help me plan something."

Bogum's expression changed to one of shock. "What?!" he exclaimed.
