a/n: this partially the 3rd arc, and its a super short chapter as to not put the whole third arc in he second one. so yeah

"Feitan?"

"You call, why?" Feitan answered. "Ah, good. I'm leaving early. Where do I go?" you asked. "You come usual place." he responded. "Mm, gotcha. See you there-" "Why you different?" he interrupted. "Huh? I am? I didn't notice." you answered. "Ugh. Be there in 8." he groaned.

8 minutes later, the two of you made eye contact. "You taller now. You look older." he said. "I am 13 now Fei, of course I'm older." you deadpanned. "We have 2 month left. You learn more while gone? Show me. Then we do more and no rest until September 1. Got it?" he demanded. 

"Osu!" you nodded.

"Y/N."

"Time to go already?"

He nodded his head, "现在走吧."

Machi, Nobunaga, Franklin, Feitan and you were all walking together, on your way to the Yorknew City meeting. They all were talking, at least a bit, and you tuned them out. After all, you weren't strong enough yet. You could do better, and you began to quietly develop your newer abilities. "Y/N, your being extra quiet today." Machi observed. "Just thinking 'bout stuff." you shrugged. 

...

"We're here." 

The five of you entered and almost immediately, you were enveloped in a surprising hug. "Y/N..." he said. "Chrollo..?" you murmured, hugging back. "I missed you, junior spider." he said, releasing you from the hug, "I was so worried when Fei told me you were at the exam!"  

"Worried?" you asked. "Yes, worried, and so, I made a decision while you were gone. It will be announced at todays meeting after everyone arrives, of course." he smiled. The man looked the same as usual, a huge fur coat, no shirt, pants, silver eyes, and slicked back coal hair. "Danchou, Hisoka arrived finally. Can we start now?" Uvo said. "Of course." Uvo smiled.

"So who are we stealing from this time, danchou?"

"We're stealing from the underground auction."

"What are we stealing? Gems? Expensive games?"

"Everything. We're stealing everything."

"Everything?!"

"What's wrong, are you scared, Uvo?"

"Ha! Hell no, I'm getting really excited!"

"Now onto the second matter of discussion." Chrollo said. "Y/N? Can you come up here?" 

"Yeah, of course." you said, walking up to him. "I'd like to invite you to officially join the troupe." he said. Everyone smiled, "Great idea danchou!" "Yeah, awesome!" You blinked. "But... you... already have 13 members, yes?" 

"Yes, your right. As of now, you would not be a numbered member, but in the case I cannot remain with the troupe EVER again, you will become number 0." he explained. Your eyes widened. "Don't worry, I'll give you time to answer!" he grinned. 

"For now, we should focus on the auction."

Franklin was firing his nen bullets, you and Fei covering your ears. Eventually, the noise died down and Shizuku entered. "Blinky, suck up all the corpses and blood, chairs, and possessions of these guys."

"Gyu..."

The vacuum sucked up all of the corspes in a disgustingly satisfying way. It was as if there was never anyone there.

The hot air balloon soared over the sky, the city twinkling under the foggy clouds. The troupe members discussed a traitor among them, a Judas. Chrollo explained how there was no traitor, and the air balloon landed. 

Uvogin was up against the mafia.

Jeez, sometimes you wonder whether you should stay with the troupe at all.

Y/N is doubting the troupe exponentially more than before. Will they join the troupe? Or go off on their own? Killua and Gon have also arrived in Yorknew, how long until the three cross paths again? Find out soon in WILD CARD ~ Killua x Reader!
