I know it has been a while (almost 5 years since I've written boss) but I just wanted to share some things with you all.
I think one of the biggest regrets -for lack of a better word- I've had was the open ending of boss with the implication that y/n would end up with Lucas.
I wrote that because at that time, I thought that going back into a relationship with Taeyong would be a toxic cycle for them and didn't want to support that idea even though I originally wanted to write a clear ending (lmao reading back, I realized now that Taeyong wasn't actually a toxic person and that they could've actually made it work). That, plus the fact that I am a Taeyong stan made me feel as though y/n ending up with him was biased. Although based on how much people loved his character in the story, I think my bias towards him was evident either way.
With that said though, I have recently gained a small passion for writing again and have written a self-indulgent, Taeyong sequel. Although I no longer remember how my past self wanted to end this story, I did know that I wanted to focus a bit more on their domestic life so the story will be centered around it.
Right now, I'm dealing with finals but plan to publish it around June, during my summer. As it is self-indulgent and since it's been over a year since I last wrote, I can't guarantee that the writing will be decent/polished but I guess I just wanted to share it with you all soon.
