You enjoyed your job, making creative drinks, or making normal drink, it didn't matter. Sure there were rude customers who for some reason can't hear their own name being called. It's not like the world was perfect, there was good people and bad people, that's just how the world works.

You smiled while listening to a lady that had just ordered a hot caramel macchiato with whip cream. She was talking to the person at the register about how her day was going and that she was having a great day. She saw that her drink was ready and waved bye to the person at the register.

"Thank you so much! You always make the best drinks" she commented with a smile before smelling her drink.

"Aw thank you so much ma'am, it's really no big deal" you thanked her as she just waved good bye to you and walked out with a smile.
You looked down at your phone to see that it was time to clock out.

"Ight I'll see you girls tomorrow morning, I'm off now" you called out to the staff as you walked to the backrooms while untied your apron.
The rest of the staff called out with waves and goodbyes then went back to work. You clocked out and put your apron into the dirty basket and walked out.

You watched as the streets were being decorated for a festival that was fixing to start once the sun sets. People were laughing while they decorated the light poles, made necklaces, made cute little dolls. You chuckled to yourself as you continued walking down the street to your apartment. You stopped at a intersection and waited to cross the street.

Haven't seen Cole for awhile, maybe he finally took my word seriously....though that does make work less enjoyable you thought to yourself while waiting. Ever since the last encounter he kept coming by the Cafe, chatting with you when you were there. After awhile he started to grow on you, he always asked you if you were doing ok, both physically and emotionally. He stopped coming by for almost two weeks.

Just as you were about to cross the street, a body flew past your face. You stood in your spot, foot left in mid air as your head slowly turned to the left. In the middle of the street there was a body that started getting up. He had a mechanical arm attached to where his arm would be at, connecting to his chest. He also had a robotic eye attacked to his face.

Quickly turning your head to the right, you could see Lloyd, Cole, and Nya running towards the mechanical man.

NEVER MIND I DON'T MISS HIS COMPANY! WHY CANT I JUST WALK HOME IN PEACE You screamed to yourself while walking backwards, keeping an eye on the Ninja and the mechanic. You didn't want to turn your back on them, just in case there was objects being thrown. You managed to walk a safe distance away from the fight when all of a sudden a hand was wrapped around your mouth and an arm was wrapped around your stomach. The person forced your arms to your side while making you walk forward. You tried to move your arms but to no avail. That's when you got an idea, you forced your mouth open and licked the persons hand. He pushed you away as he yelled how disgusting that was before wiping his hand on his pants. You turned to see a random man who also had what seemed to be a robotic eye. You made a dash forward but was only met with the mechanic blocking your way. He turned his head to you when a grin appeared on his face. He reached for your arm which forced you to stumble forward into his grasp. He quickly moved his grasp to the back of your neck. You watched as his robotic arm changed into what seemed to be a flame thrower, forced it to your head. You held your hands up in front of you as you stared at the flame thrower before slowly peeling your eyes off of it to look in front of you. Lloyd, Nya, and Cole stopped in their tracks, not daring to check if he was bluffing.
