Opening the library doors steadily and slowly, you peaked your head in to see straight ahead a glass monument that holds the scroll of Airjitsu. The only thing lighting the place was the first quarter moon shining some light. Picking your mask up to cover your nose and mouth, you quietly stepped inside. Your footsteps never making a sound, almost ghost like as they practically hovered across the ground.

Word on the streets was someone wanted the scroll and went to go pay Ronan to get it for them. So for petty reasons you decided to steal the scroll before Ronan could even see it.

I love ruining his plans a smug smile was plastered on your face as you opened the glass case. Right when your fingers wrapped around the scroll you heard the main entrance door open. This caused you to quickly place the scroll in your back pocket and quietly close the case. Jumping around the case to hide behind the bookshelves that was behind it. As you crouch down, you slow your breathing as you hear footsteps approaching where you were.

"You got to be," you heard a low grumble of a voice followed by the case being opened in a rush. You could also hear him feeling around the case as if it was invisible.

"..Fucking kidding me" he growled, practically slamming the case shut. You managed to not chuckle out loud but in your head you were laughing at him.

You could hear his footsteps start walking around to the other cases which caused you to slowly crawl the opposite direction of his movements. As he walked to where you were hiding you decided to make a dash for a bookshelf closest to the main entrance. In the process the scroll almost fell out of your pocket causing you to make a crinkle sound from the scroll that was now in your hand. This caused Ronan to stop in his tracks which made a clop sound with his foot.

Shit, now I got to think of something new you quickly looked around the dark library while Ronan was sneaking his way towards the sound. Backing further into the library, you peaked your head into another isle that was closer to Ronan. Luckily you did cause you saw Ronan's back slowly walking to the isle you were at. Taking your chances you headed down the isle and waited for him to turn down either the isle you were previously at or a different one.
He looked down your old isle before slowly stepping into it. Now was your chance.
You booked it to the door as quickly as you could. Reaching the door handle, a smile formed under your mask only for the scroll to be yanked out of your hand.

Shit shit shit SHIT You turned your head around to see Ronan tossing the scroll up and catching it with a raised eyebrow.

"Heeeyyy, Ronan. Good to see you. It's been a while huh?" You gave him an awkward smile underneath your mask as your shoulders squared upwards. His response was a groan as he rubs his temple underneath his hat. Taking your shot you kicked his hand pretty hard leading him to toss the scroll upwards. He cursed under his breath as he holds his hand to his chest while you jumped up and caught the scroll. Thinking fast he kicked underneath you causing you to fall on your butt while he tries to take the scroll from your hand. You put your foot on his chest preventing him from getting closer.

"You know this dance we keep doing is getting really tiering, your majesty" he groaned out, pushing your foot away. This caused you to wrap your legs around his waist to pull him close down onto you, while you kept the scroll just above his head.
