Y/n's p.o.v

It was strangely quiet in the city of stixxs, normally people would be about, chatting amongst each other's on the streets. I don't know why it was quiet this night, of all night. I peep my head out of the door and into the streets, or more like bored but still. I didn't see anyone. All doors shut, windows closed. It was like everyone was afraid.

Well they should be, I stepped outside, staying close to my house while in my head I was giving myself a pat on the back. I was training under the great Samui who taught this town rights from wrong. I was only in my teen years but close to being an adult years so I took it up on myself to train under him. He accepted me with open arms, a long with other students as well.

Once I'm chosen as his disciple, and take on his role, this town will turn from a dump to a glory spot. I smiled happily trotting along my usual path to the mountains that surround stixxs. Out of the corner of my eyes I could see a shadow figure hanging around an alley way. They slipped into the shadows before shooting something in my direction. It world past me making a 'shing' noise as it flies past my eyes, clinging onto the building to my right. Caught slightly off guard I quickly turn to my head to the alleyway. Standing there were three thugs, chuckling, as they tossed throwing knives in the air and catching them.

"Looks like we got a trader boy's" the tallest one spoke, he wore a basic black jacket with a white shirt underneath and red basketball shorts.

"N a weak one too aye" the shortest one spoke up with a scoff, he too wore the same outfit as the tallest one. The only thing different was his shirt, it was grey.

"Show em ion want em here" the one in the middle spoke up finally before signaling the other two to go. They chuckled to themselves while approaching me. Standing my ground I waited for them to approach, not moving an inch until I thought they were in my reach. They both pulled more throwing knives, embedded into the gaps of their fingers. The tallest threw one towards my left arm while the smallest tossed one at my right leg. Quickly turning my body to the side and switching positions, I managed to dodge the first round. Soon more came falling down. One close to my right ear, another nearly tearing at my left leg. The boys slowly got closer to me while I, for the most part, stayed in my spot, quietly picking up their failed knives from the ground. I heard the tallest make a dash for me, a dagger in his hand as he swings it over and under my head. Backing up to the building behind me I saw him trying to stab my stomach. Grabbing his hand I forced it towards me, stepping out the way so his dagger embedded itself into the wood. Sweeping my foot underneath his, watching his head hit the house, as I grabbed a handful of his hair and pulled him back up. Using him as a body shield from the short guy. He stopped for a second before throwing a knife at us either way. Not thinking correctly I dropped the, now, unconscious guy before throwing their own knives to stop that one.

I was no murderer, I wasn't gonna let a thug die in my hands. I knew better than to stoop to their levels.

I pulled another throwing knife out of my bag, aiming it for the short guys stomach. Once it left my fingers my eyes caught a shadow moving towards me, quickly. In a swift, but sloppy movement, I tossed my last throwing knife at the shadow figure. Two noises had me frozen for a moment. The sound of my knife cutting a shirt plush flesh. And another where my knife was hit by something metal.

In my view I see the one who gave the order standing in front of me, his arms were pulled behind him as hes on his knees. There was someone else behind him, holding him down. His maroon hair was slightly covering one of his eyes, he wore a training samurai suit just like I have in my bag. I glanced to my right to see the short guy on his knees with blood leaking through his shirt. Apparently he didn't move fast enough, the knife cut him from under his chest to his side. It didn't look deep but still cut through some skin. I took a step closer to him but it seemed he was too concerned about the maroon hair guy that saved me.
