It's been a month since Hailee and I broke up. I've distanced myself from everyone around me. I haven't left my hotel room for weeks and I honestly don't want to. My sister picked up some stuff from mine and Hailees apartment since I didn't want to face her. I couldn't bring myself to because I knew if I looked in those hazel eyes once more I would fall in love all over again.
A knock on the door pulled me out of my thoughts. I unravelled myself from blankets and made my way to the door. I open the door to reveal my sister with another box of my stuff from the apartment.
"Hey" she smiles and comes in
"Hey, is that the last one?" I questions as she sets the box down on the floor
"No, Hailee said there is a few more but she's not home right now so I'll pick them up tomorrow" My sister explains smiling
"Okay, thank you" I smile pulling her in a hug
"Anytime. I better get going I'm gonna be late for work" she says as we pull apart
"Okay see you tomorrow" I smile as she nods and leaves the room
I pick the box up and put it on my bed going through some stuff. I notice a teddy bear that Hailee won me on our first date. I pull him out as memories flood my brain.
Flashback
"Can I get the brown teddy bear?" Hailee smiles to the man behind the counter. She just won me a teddy bear on one of those carnival games.
"Of course. Here you go" he hands her the teddy bear
"Thank you have a great night" Hailee says before turning to me and handing me the teddy bear "here you go my love" she smiles
"Thank you" I peck her lips and take the teddy bear from her hands
"Anything for you my love" she smiles interviewing our fingers together
End of flashback
A tear slips down my cheeks as I remember that night. I place the teddy bear back in the box and put the box down on the floor. Tears are already falling down my cheeks and I just burry my face in my pillow letting them escape.
Hailees pov
Y/n and I broke up a month ago and I have been a mess ever since. I know I fucked up and I was definitely the reason we broke up but I love her. I wasn't planning on falling in love with her after accepting that bet, but I did. And I know she fell pretty hard too. It hurts because I know I will never get to hold her or kiss her or just hear her laugh.
I currently just entered my bedroom after a long day of filming, as always I expect Y/n to greet me with open arms but once again I get disappointed when I walk in a quiet bedroom.
Flasback
"Haiz you home?" I hear Y/ns voice from our bedroom
"Hey my love" I say in a tired voice as I enter our bedroom
"Hey babe. Are you tired?" She questions
"Yeah" I yawn and make my way over to her
"Come here" she smiles and opens her arms allowing me to climb in them.
I rest my head on her chest as she plays with my hair, our legs tangled together.
