Summary: Hailee and Y/n have been dating for a year but Y/n has a secret that could ruin everything or at least thats what she thinks.

"Dinner was great, thank you baby" I smile at Hailee as we put our dishes in the sink.

"Of course, anything for you my darling" Hailee smiles, pressing her lips against mine for a quick kiss "you staying tonight?"

"Yeah of course" I say as we make our way to her bedroom.

"Good" Hailee says her lips curling into a smirk. The second the bedroom door closes Hailee presses my back against it, a small gasp leaves my lips at the surprising movement.

Our lips melt together in passion and need. Her hands slip under my shirt caressing my waist while my hands tangle in her brown locks.

Just as her kisses trail down to my neck a ring of my phone makes her groan, but she doesn't stop. Her small teasing kisses continue to scatter around my neck.

"Leave. It." Hailee murmurs placing a kiss between each word.

"I have to" I sigh placing my hands on her shoulders and pushing her away slightly, she groans but pulls away from my neck.

I smile at her pulling my phone from my back pocket as I see the name worry immediately builds up in my senses.

"You ok?" Hailee asks.

"Yeah, yeah I have to take this sorry." I say opening the door behind me and leaving the bedroom.

(Time skip to after the phone call cus spoilers)

I run a hand through my hair letting out a deep breath. "Y/n?" I hear as Hailee comes out of our bedroom. "You okay?"

"I–have to go Haiz." I say taking my jacket from the couch. Hailee walks closer to me confusion on her face.

"What? Where? Is everything okay?" She asks standing in front of me as I slip my shoes on.

"I just have to go—I'll explain later" I peck her lips before opening the door leaving her apartment.

Hailee's pov:
It's been two hours since Y/n left my apartment. I've tried calling her and texting her just to check if everything is okay. However she hasn't texted me back at all.

So currently I am in the car driving to her apartment. You may call me crazy but I know my girlfriend and she never ever leaves like that.

I check my phone once more to see she read my messages but never responded to them.

I get out of my car shutting the door behind me and locking it. Running a hand through my hair I find myself in front of Y/ns apartment.

I knock on the door and hear Y/n shout "coming!".

The door opens and Y/n looks at me in shock and worry. "Hailee? What are you doing here?" She asks trying to close the door so I can't see in the apartment.

"I was worried—you left and you aren't answering my calls. I just–"

"Hailee I'll explain tomorrow just please leave now" She says

"I—"

"Mommy? Who's that?" A smile voice days from inside the apartment. I look at Y/n then look down at her legs noticing a small toddler hugging her right leg.

My eyes widen as I take in Y/ns worried expression. As I flicker my eyes from the small child to Y/n I notice her looking features which are the same as my girlfriends.

The small toddler looks up at me with a smile. "Hii" she says. "I'm Jade. What's your name?"

Y/n places her hand on her daughters head as I crouch down to be at eye level with the child. I glance at Y/n and she gives me a small nod.

"That's such a nice name!" I smile "I'm Hailee."

"Ohh you are Hailee." She says. "Mommy talks about you sometimes."

"Oh does she?" I say looking up at Y/n who has tears in her eyes as she looks down on us.

"Yeah! She said you are really nice and that she lo–"

"Okay let's get you to bed huh?" Y/n cuts of her daughter. The child reaches her hands towards Y/n and the Y/h/c girl bends down picking up her daughter.

I stand up as the toddler snuggles her face in Y/ns neck. "I'm gonna put her to bed you can wait in the living room if you want but I get if y—"

"I'll wait in the living room my love" I cut her off smiling as I see her let out a sigh of relief. She walks in with her daughter in her arms as I follow her closing the door behind me.

Y/ns pov:
I close the door of my daughters bedroom and make my way into the living room where I see Hailee sitting on the couch.

She spots me offering a smile, standing up and walking closer to me. Her arms pull me in an unexpected hug. I wrap my arms tightly around her, releasing another sigh of relief.

"You deserve an explanation" I say pulling away from her arms

"Yeah but it's okay if you don't feel ready" she says

"I know but I want to."

"I'm all ears baby"

"Okay so" I take in a deep breath "Jade is my daughter—she's 5 and I gave birth to her when I was 16–the father left the country as soon as he heard that I was pregnant since he was much older than me and knew he would get in trouble. So–I decided to still have her and ever since I was 16 it was just her and I against the world. She's my everything—and I love her so much, but I was so scared to tell you. I'm so sorry Lee."

"Baby you don't have to be sorry" she places her hands on my cheeks and makes look in her calm eyes "I understand all of that and I'm right here if you need anything—but if you don't want me around her that's okay as well. Whatever you decide my love."

"I want you to be a part of her life–but can we take it slow? Like really slow with her." I ask and she nods in understanding

"Of course. We can take it as slow as you want." She smiles pressing a kiss on my lips.

"I love you so fucking much" I say as we pull away from each others lips.

"I love you too Y/n/n"
