Shu teleported them both to the pool once they were changed where he goes into the water with Daiki. 'You like it? It's not like taking a bath with your mother.' He keeps him in the water.

Risa stretches first as a tip from Ayato. I don't want cramp when I have Daiki in my arms.

He sees a smile on Daiki's face. 'Do you like it?' He splashes some water while holding him with his other arm. 'You try it. I know you can hold your teddy bear better.'

A sound similar to a laugh is audible.

'Is that a laugh? Are you laughing?' He likes it. 'Risa, hurry up.'

'What is it?' She stretched enough and went closer.

He doesn't take his eyes off Daiki. 'Come here, already.'

She jumps in and hears it. 'Are you laughing? Your first laugh. Good for you.' She likes his happy laugh. 'Your first laugh and for your father.' Glancing at him, she sees his eyes light up. 'Can you laugh at me too?' She splashes him and earns a giggling laugh. 'Such a cute laugh. I can't wait to hear more.'

'After swimming, he might sleep for three hours.' He smiles. He laughed at me first.

She's happy Daiki is recognizing his father. 'Something tells me that your smile won't leave for a while.' She kisses the baby's cheek. I think you made his night a lot better. 'Maybe, we'll find out later.'

He moves Daiki through the water to her. 'There you go.'

Risa gets him and hears another laugh. 'You sure are having fun, sweety.'

'He should enjoy it. Once we move out, we won't have a pool anymore. Unless you want that as one of the few criteria for a house?'

She shakes no. 'I don't know how much your trust fund is, but we should be careful with that. I prefer an extra bedroom over a pool. A backyard would be nice, I can blow up an inflatable pool for him.'

'Well, think about it for when he's back in his crib. What kind of criteria do you have for a house? Do you prefer to stay in a hotel or a motel while we go house hunting?' He knew they had to talk about it.

'Isn't it better to know where we're going first? Like, the state or city? I'd say a hotel because there we can get a few things and better service for a child. A hotel is better prepared for any kind of guest and that babies are included.' She swims backward with Daiki. Who seems to have fun. 'Enjoy it, sweety. The moment we move out your father is the one with a job. Or at least, I hope so. You still rely on me more than on anyone else.'

I keep my eyes open. He follows her with Daiki in the water. 'Do you want to change your rhythm if I would find a normal day job?'

'Maybe it's better not to change that. With a normal job during the day, you could get noticed. There are some jobs for in the evening and or night. Like, security for example.' She pushes Daiki through the water back into his father's arms.

'I'll think about it. But, currently, I don't want to make any job decisions. We haven't moved out yet and that will take some time and energy. Once we have a place it needs to be decorated. When we settle in, I'll go looking for a job.' He catches him without going underwater. 'It almost makes us sound like we're a couple. Making decisions about our future like this. We need to establish where to go first. I prefer somewhere where the days aren't too long and with all the seasons.' During autumn and winter, there are shorter days.

She nods and goes closer when she spots a yawn. 'I think that was enough excitement for him.' She can barely stop a yawn as well.

'And he's not the only one.' He laughs. 'Come on, time for bed. Do you want to take a bath with him?' He gets out of the pool with them.
