Batman and Robin: Arkham Asylum x Male Reader

Part 7: Dr. Young's Notes part 1

Batman Pov:

After dealing with thugs and snipers, and of course meeting Killer Croc in the sewers.

I make my way into the Arkham Mansion, and right off the "Bat," pun not intended, two of the Joker's men are in front of an electric fence.

B/p 1: Well, look who it is!

B/p 2: Yeah. Big bad Batman. C'mon, tough guy! Come and get us!

B/p 1: Oh. Look at him, stuck out there. Ain't ya got a cat to rescue from a tree or something?

B/p 2: That's right. Go on. Get lost. We're in control. Joker'll finish you off.

B/p 1: Now, we don't know where Robin is. But Joker'll take care of him too.

I walk out of the main room of the Mansion and contact Robin.

Batman: Y/n, we've got a problem.

Robin(Comms): What's the situation?

Batman: Joker's thugs, just like you said.

Robin(Comms): Well I got schematics for every single spot inside the Mansion. There should be a ledge on the outside, just above the main doorway.

I look up and see the ledge where Robin told me, and I smile.

Batman: Not bad, Robin. Now what?

Robin(Comms): There's a grate on the wall, just a few feet above the ledge. Use a gadget to pull it off, shouldn't be any problem.

Batman: Wouldn't be any problem, seeing as I have my Batclaw with me.

Robin(Comms): Well, get here before these goons find me.

Batman: Just stay safe, partner.

Robin(Comms): Don't I always, partner?

The call ends and I aim the Batclaw up at the grate and pull it off its hinges. Once I climb into the vent, I wind up in a hidden room with a doorway which if I had to guess leads me into the Arkham Mansion. I end up in the Entrance Hall where the two thugs were, only there was one more guy there with them. After taking them out, I make my way to the door up the stairs and look at it.

Batman: (Robin said that Joker's thugs were here just a few hours after he was. If I want to get to Robin and help find Dr. Young's research notes, then I'll have to make my way through all of these Blackgate Inmates and maneuver my way throughout the entire Arkham Mansion.)

I go up to the flight of stairs and up to the door, only I decide to grapple up to a platform above me as I'm sure there's more Blackgate Inmates on the otherside of the doors plus they might have barracked the doors with enough stuff to keep me on the opposite side of the room. I look up and see a ventilation system above my head, which I then use the Batclaw to remove it giving me a way into the next room which I see 10 Joker Thugs all looking around for Dr. Young's notes. Joker's voice also comes back.

Joker(Speaker): Joker here with a little update for you all. First the good news. We have Dr. Young. Bad news is she's not talking.

Robin Pov:

Joker: She's hidden a document somewhere in the mansion. I want it found!

Damn... If Joker found Dr. Young then where are Cash and the others? And Batman hasn't made it my way either, so I'm in deep shit right now. I'm currently sitting in a vent in the Arkham Records Room and with Joker's men now looking for both me and Dr. Young's notes, which is both a bad thing.
