Requested by @Izzy2o1 ... I'm so sorry for the long wait! I've been super busy lately with the end of school, and I'm way behind on everything ;~;

~~~~~~~~
You sighed, smiling a little as you strolled down the hallway. You could clearly hear the muffled shouts and bangs coming from Colonel Mustang's office, and you were certain that you knew exactly what was going on.
        "Mustang and Fullmetal are at it again, aren't they?" you said rhetorically to yourself. "They never seem to stop fighting. They're like two little kids who don't even remember why they hate each other, and yet they never stop arguing over who's wrong or right."
        Suddenly you were overcome with curiosity as to he subject of the alchemists' current fight. You looked furtively from side to side, making sure that no one was coming (that could prove awkward, especially if someone started asking questions about what you were doing) before creeping up to the heavy wooden door that marked Mustang's spacious office. Although it was tightly shut, from your position you could hear quite clearly what each of them was saying.
         "... Is mine, you hear!" came the slightly higher pitched voice of Ed.
         "Oh yeah?" taunted Mustang. You could practically picture the arrogant smirk on his face. "Oh yeah, Fullmetal?" You could hear several bangs coming from inside the room now, but nothing more discernible as actual conversation.
         You were suddenly and acutely aware of your exposure in this hallway,and just how unprofessional it would look if you were found like this, one ear pressed to the door of Colonel Mustang's office. Why, you'd never hear the end of it!
          So you quickly stood up and continued on your way down the hall, walking as though you hadn't just stopped to spy on your superior officers. Nope, nothing out of the ordinary. You had the sudden, comical urge to whistle nonchalantly like they always seemed to do in stories, but you had the feeling that doing so eluded give you away- and you had no negation of doing that.
           Apparently you were just in time, too, because almost as soon as you'd began your stately walk Ed burst out of a Mustang's room, golden eyes wide and furious. For once, you thought, Al wasn't with him. The young man's hands were clenched into fists, and you could see the anger and irritation that fueled his every move. Ed saw your questioning glance towards him and immediately looked down at his feet. Was that... A blush? You shook your head, thinking that you were imagining things. No, it couldn't possibly be.
            It didn't occur to you until you were over halfway down the hall that you still didn't know what Mustang and Fullmetal had been fighting about in the first place.
      That night you unlocked the door to your apartment, sighing in relief as the lock (for once) chose not to jam and make you travel back downstairs to see the building manager. It seemed like that happened at least once a week or so, and it was almost to the point where you were ready to get that damned lock replaced.
       Not even bothering to hang up your coat or take your uniform off just yet, you turned on a few lights and flopped down onto your couch, closing your eyes in bliss at the moment of relaxation.
        Or it would have been reaction, at least, if you hadn't heard the scuffling noise coming from your kitchen. You froze, [e/c] eyes wide. Those noises definitely weren't coming from an animal- there was only one possible culprit: another human. Grabbing the nearest object at your disposal (which happened to be a rather heavy lamp) you crept stealthily across the floor, your boots barely making a sound in the thick carpet. Now you could hear crunching noises, as if the person was actually eating your food. Righteous indignation filled you at the thought.
