Chapter.3
_________________________________________

It took a lot of convincing to get me to leave my house, my job and my little country life for two weeks. I thought that it would be stressful but it was quite the opposite.

Chris came to my house and helped me and Reese pack. He stayed overnight and cooked breakfast which was to die for. Thankfully Reese is homeschooled and I don't have to worry about fighting with the school system.

Now we sit on this private jet, a private jet... I can't believe I'm saying it. Reese is having the time of his life, watching Shrek on the portable tv while eating goldfish crackers. Meanwhile I sit, gripping onto the arm of the fancy recliner, struggling to keep my breakfast down, everytime I catch a glimpse of the sea below.

Chris covered the window, I looked up and met his eyes. "Would you have rather gone by boat?" He asked me with a laugh. I gulped and looked over at the window again by habit, forgetting that it was closed.

"I'm sorry it's my first time on a plane" I informed him.

He shook his head and laughed, I watched as he took the seat beside me. He reclined the chair back, kicking his feet up and relaxing with a glass of champagne in his hand. He pressed the button on my recliner, immediately sending me back, I gasped with widened eyes.

"Stop" I said as he pressed another button on my seat. The chair began to vibrate, catching me by surprise. "Ooh" the chair shook me, causing my voice to be shaky.

"Better?" He asked me, I turned and met his eyes "Yeeeeaaaahhh" I replied, he chuckled and placed his hand over mine.

I closed my eyes and tried to fall asleep.

Almost 16 hours later, we finally arrived in Seoul. I was severely jetlagged, Chris looked really happy and so did Reese. We were picked up in a fancy car and driven through Seoul. Chris would point out the windows at some of the most eye catching places and tell us everything about them.

Anything Reese would ask him, he knew the answer to.

We made it to this beautiful skyscraper, the lights were so captivating, I was taken aback by all the extraordinary places that the country had to offer and I haven't even seen all of it yet.

Chris got out of the car and approached my side, he opened the door for me and helped me out of the car. I smiled and gently squeezed his hand. "Where's my help?" Reese asked.

"Get your ass out of the car" I told him, he huffed and hopped out. We entered his apartment not long after. It was absolutely beautiful, definitely much more different the average apartments you can find in America and significantly larger in size.

"Is this a smart home?" I asked Chris.

"Yeah, the apartment basically does everything for itself" he said with a laugh.

"That's so fucking cool" I said as I pushed the water dispenser on the wall. Reese gasped and ran over to the TV where a wii and GameCube was set up.

Chris placed his coat on the rack beside the door and kicked his shoes off at the door. I noticed a bunch of shoes sitting at the door, right as you step in. "Reese! Take your shoes off" I told him.
