Dylan ran until she made it back to the motel she stayed at for one night.

There, she saw the van that she was given a ride in, and looked up to the window of the room that the rest of the group was in. She made eye contact with a young girl who looked like Grace, but not exact.

The young girl turned her head away from the window as Dylan got closer to the stairs. Then the door to their room opened and she heard a voice.

"Dylan?"

Finn.

Dylan made eye contact with him and sighed. "I know–I know this is very random. But I need your help." she said out of breath.

Finn stepped out and so did Grace, leaving a little room for eight pairs of eyes behind them to curiously look out at Dylan.

"What's going on?" Grace asked.

"Sam and my brother were taken by the Sins and I need help distracting them. And I came here thinking you'd still be here. And I was kind of right."

"What kind of distraction?" Finn asked.

"Because I can kill them if you'd like. I already did to one–" Grace began.

"No–no. You didn't kill Rowan. His amulet has to be broken alongside the chant that I have yet to find." Dylan assured.

"Damn." Grace sighed.

"But it's fine, because I took his amulet but I need to get the other artifacts."

"Do you know where they are?" Finn asked.

"Not quite, but Rowan and Tella walked to Warner street, so I suppose they're in that neighbourhood."

Grace looked back into the room and grabbed her sword that was next to the door, then spoke to the young children who were watching them.

"Olivia, you're in charge of these hooligans, Finn and I will be back soon." she said.

Olivia nodded her head in reply.

Grace turned back around and closed the door. "I'll drive."
