Back at the motel, the young children sat around playing a few games for a while.

In the bathroom, Phillip was washing his hands when suddenly, the mirror went foggy. He looked confused when he looked up at it, until it suddenly broke and he backed up. The water still running in the sink.

Then a shadow looking thing came through. But they slipped on the running water and fell out of the sink. Phillip opened the door and ran out.

"Phillip?" William asked.

"Th-there's something in the mirror." he said with a shaky tone, gasping for air.

Olivia and Jackson both got up, but Olivia stood in front of the three boys as they huddled around.

"Olivia–" Jackson began.

"Shh, Jack. I got this." she whispered.

Olivia stood her ground in front of the boys as the shadow came out of the bathroom.

Suddenly, her breath became shaky. The shadow was really only visible from the lower torso down. She gulped.

"Oh look. Grace left you unsupervised." they said, flashing a smile. "Just in luck for me."

"Leave us alone." Olivia responded.

The shadow chuckled.

"I'm sorry honey. But I don't think I can do that. Someone has to keep a watch of you children." they paused. "Otherwise you could get hurt." they snapped their fingers and a cut formed on Olivia's wrist. She gasped from the released pressure and quickly placed her hand over the cut.

She looked back up at the shadow, but they were gone.

"Olivia, are you okay?" William asked, coming near her.

But suddenly, the shadow reappeared and took William's wrists into their grasp. William gasped, struggling in the shadows' hands.

Phillip and Jackson backed up from the shadow, in fright.

"I suppose your sister didn't tell me about you." the shadow said. "The name's Emu. But it's not like you'll need to know that for long. Because it'll be soon when your sister finds out you're in trouble."

Emu then lost balance and stumped over, letting go of William. And behind them, stood Olivia putting her leg down.

The others ran behind her again.

"I said; leave us alone." she repeated.

Emu groaned, getting up from the ground. "Look, kid, you're pushing lines."

"Good. That's your fault for not listening."

Before Emu could do anything, the sound of a window shattering occurred. It startled the children, but Emu knew exactly who it was. They turned around and saw Rowan crouching on the window seal.

The children crowded more together as they seemed more frightened by the creatures.

"What are those things?" Phillip asked.

"I think those are the Sins Grace was talking about." Jackson replied.

The two Sins came closer to them.

Phillip looked to his right and saw his baseball bat up against the television stand. In quick movement, he grabbed it and stood in front of Olivia, holding it up and ready to hit any of the Sins that came closer.

"You heard her. Leave us alone." he repeated.

Rowan chuckled. "How long do you plan to keep saying that? Because it clearly isn't working as you'd like it to."

"However many times I have to until you listen to what she said." Phillip shot back.

Rowan made a step forward, but suddenly the motel door swung open. Grace got a quick glimpse of the scene before Emu snapped their fingers and everyone, but her, Finn and Dylan, disappeared.

"No." she mumbled.

"Where the hell did they go?" Finn peered through the broken window.

"Emu and Rowan took them." Grace replied. She looked back at Dylan who was holding Sam in her arms once again.

"They wouldn't go back to their house. It'd be too obvious." Dylan replied.

The three walked into the motel room. Finn walked over and picked up Phillip's baseball bat that fell to the ground when they were transported.
