Third Person's POV
"WHO TF-" Jungkook jumped out of his bed the moment the chilled water hit his face.
It was actually the day they're suppose to go to Incheon but Jungkook slept around 4 at the morning cuz apparently he had the urge to workout at night, the 3hrs he spent in the morning wasn't enough and now it's almost 6:30 in the morning which means he needs to reach the campus within half an hour now. Jaehyun tried every possible thing he could to wake his son but Jungkook is a heavy sleeper so he had no other way except for splashing a glass of chilled water.
"Jungkook, it's almost 6:30 , you're suppose to reach the campus at 7" Jaehyun said, clearly getting irritated cuz he couldn't go to the gym because Eun-ae asked him to wake Jungkook up.
"Ugh, Dad why would you do that? Do you know at what time I slept yesterday?" Jungkook groaned out, his face turning the lightest shade of pink because of the coldness.
"You can sleep in the car, Joon will be here to pick you up so go take a shit and get ready" Jaehyun said and went out of his son's room as he had to go to Taehyung's apartment as well.
Namjoon and Jin came to pick him up around 6:45 and they couldn't afford to get late now so Jungkook just grabbed a few protein bars and dashed out of the house but not before pulling both of his parents in a bone crushing hug.
When Jungkook got in, he noticed how Namjoon's one hand was resting on Jin's thigh and the other was on the steering wheel. Well, it was quite obvious that Jin has been crushing on Namjoon for the longest time but no one could ever really figure out if Namjoon had any romantic feelings for the other. Jungkook mentally took a note that he need to ask Namjoon about this later, for now he let it slide and pretended like he didn't see anything.
When they reached there were only two volvos were parked, which means the others have already left, Namjoon parked his car in the parking lot, where it's gonna stay for the weekend, they stepped out of the car and went towards the volvo Yoongi told them about, since he and Jimin reached first, they already got in and saved a place for each one of them.
Jungkook was too tired to care about anything else, his muscles were sore as well from all the workout he did. He silently followed Jin and Namjoon, eyes completely covered with a black bucket.
The moment he entered into the volvo he sat on the nearest empty seat he found, not even bothered to ask the male who was sitting beside him. Jimin and others tried to call Jungkook but the he just ignored them and decided to sleep through the 4 hour journey.
"Taehyung, are you seriously going?" Jin asked, with wide eyes and an equally beautiful wide smile, and Taehyung couldn't help chuckle at him lightly and nodded.
Taehyung then looked at the male sleeping soundly beside him, his eyes covered with the black bucket hat and air pods on. He unconsciously smiled at the other, thinking how cute the other looked while sleeping like this, without caring about the chaos that's going on in the background.
Taehyung finally snapped out of his thoughts when Jimin cleared his throat to gain Taehyung's attention. He raised his brow at him who just shrugged in response. Jimin and Yoongi were sitting right across Taehyung and Jungkook and maybe Jimin was a bit invested in them since he has seen how both of them interact with each other and how how Taehyung doesn't feels uncomfortable around him from the beginning and there's no harm in wanting them to be more than friends right?
It was almost an hour since they started their journey and Taehyung was actually enjoying it, he was enjoying those little conversations with Hobi, he was enjoying those seeing Jin and Namjoon flirting with each other, he was enjoying how Jimin and Yoongi kept bickering about silly stuffs and most importantly he was enjoying the warmth which he was receiving from the male sitting right beside him, from Jungkook. Jungkook's head was now resting on Taehyung's shoulder and the other didn't mind it at all, even though at first he was a bit hesitant but still he never once felt uncomfortable so he didn't even bother to push the other away.
Jungkook finally woke up when he heard the chaos in the background which even his air pods couldn't block as they're being too loud. Jungkook groaned and snuggled into the crook of Taehyung's neck, still unknown of the fact that Taehyung is sitting right beside him.
Taehyung chuckled when the other groaned and snuggled closer to him. They're suppose to reach there within half an hour so Taehyung nudged Jungkook lightly and he noticed how Jungkook's lips turned into a frown. If he was without mask at the moment everyone could see the fond smile playing on his lips.
Taehyung flicked Jungkook's chin softly while mumbling "wake up sleepy head, we're almost here" and Jungkook flinched hard at the deep voice. He rubbed his eyes to clear out his vision and finally saw Taehyung looking at him with an amused eyes.
"I- wh- ho-how? WTF" Jungkook finally let out after staring at the male for a while and Taehyung laughed at that, and finally realization hit him, Taehyung is actually here, sitting right beside him and he was literally sleeping on his shoulder the whole time, Jungkook himself sighed out a chuckle and finally looked at Taehyung after calming down.
