Third Person's POV
"Are you smiling? Wow, that's a nice change." Taehyung positively gets startled by the café manager.
"Oh I'm sorry, I didn't notice you." Taehyung mumbled out as he walked behind the counter ans grabbed the apron and gloves.
"No worries, but may I know why are you in such a good mood today? Most of the days you're either sleepy as fuck or just neutral. So there must be a reason you're in a happy mood today." The manager was indeed being nosy but in his defense, this was the first time he noticed Taehyung smiling so genuinely - even though he couldn't really see it because as usual the mask was covering half of his face.
"Uh...yeah it's just I was talking to my boyfriend and he was being all adorable." Taehyung chuckled as he arranged the macaroons on the tray.
"Oh? You have a boyfriend?" The manager looks surprised yet there's a warm smile on his face.
"Yeah, I asked him out recently."
"That's good. I'm glad he managed to break the walls you have built around yourself." Those words were thrown at him in a teasing way, but it hit Taehyung, making him halt for a few seconds. He realised, Jungkook indeed made his way to his heart by slowly breaking those walls.
"I think I lost you there, buddy." The manager's voice broke him out of his trance.
"Uh sorry." Taehyung sheepishly mumbled out before resuming his work.
