Third Person's POV

"Nana? Why're you still awake?" Taehyung asked as he entered into the apartment and saw her grandma sitting on the couch and watching TV, almost dozing off.
It was 2 in the morning and the last thing he expected was his grandma to be awake.
Mrs. Kim woke up with a yelp at the sudden voice and took few minutes to wake up properly.
"Oh you're home. Freshen up, I'll warm up the food." Mrs. Kim said and went into the kitchen to probably heat up the good.
Taehyung frowned a bit but then went back to his room to take a warm shower, his ribs were killing him and all he wanted to do was sleep.
Taehyung came down at the smell of bulgogi. He was really hungry and for some reason the CVS was really busy today, people kept walking in and out and he didn't get any chance to much on something.
"I'm so hungry, thank you for this." Taehyung greeted his grandma with a forehead kiss and sat on the chair.

"Come here, I want to talk to you about something." Mrs. Kim said as she saw her grandson coming out of the kitchen after doing the dishes.
"Huh? Okay?" Taehyung frowned at her but nonetheless took a place beside her on the couch.
"What's wrong? Did something happen? Are you feeling unwell? Do you want me to call the doctor?" Taehyung asked worriedly.
"You idiot, stop worrying about me for a moment, will you? It's not about me, it's about you. Firstly, remove your T-shirt and let me apply the balm over your wound." Mrs. Kim said as she took the balm in her hands and then only Taehyung noticed the familiar container of balm and frowned at it.
"How did you get this?"
"I told you to remove your T-shirt, didn't I?"
"B-but-"
Taehyung didn't say anything just removed his T-shirt and his grandma gasped when her eyes landed on the large wound over the ribs.
"Stop getting into fights, Taehyung!" She said, her voice breaking at the end.
Taehyung sighed as he hugged her from side.
"No more, I promise." Taehyung said as pulled away.
Mrs. Kim gently applied the balm all over his wound.
"How did you get this balm though? Did we have this? How come I never noticed?" Taehyung asked again and his grandma sighed.
"Did you fight with Jungkook?" Mrs. Kim asked and Taehyung's jaw hardened, he clenched his fists before looking away from her.
"What happened? Tell me." His grandma insisted.
"Nothing."
"Stop being stubborn and tell me what happened." His grandma pushed, knowing very well Taehyung will give in.
"You know right I always have my mask on? I didn't show my face to anyone in the university except for Jimin and Hobi hyung and today when I went to Jungkook's house, more like mansion I opened my mask because of course I trusted him enough to reveal myself. He applied this same balm on me and went to make some soup and asked to look around the room if I want. I didn't want to be intrusive, I just saw few canvas in his room and decided to see what he drew. Few of them had our art assignment, which I'm also working on and the last one was a portrait of mine. How come he knows how I look if I never opened my mask before him till today? I feel betrayed. Even if he saw me somewhere without mask, atleast he should have informed me, I-I just......I don't know, I didn't expect him to hide such a huge thing from me..." Taehyung voiced out his thoughts.
His grandma smiled at him a bit before pulling him into a hug, careful enough to not hurt his wound.
"Jungkook dropped by after you went for work. He asked me to treat your wound with this, said it really helps. He even left a letter for you and I think there's something else as well, I didn't check the bag as I assumed it was for you only. He looked really guilty but baby, you should listen to his side too. You'll feel betrayed untill you hear his side of story, he must have his reasons right? He would never hide something like this from you, he's not that kind of person and I've seen him, he's such an angel, listen to his side when you're ready, give him a chance to speak. Good people are hard to find Taehyung-ie, don't loose them just because of a mere misunderstanding." Taehyung pulled away from the hug and looked at him grandma with soft eyes. He really admires his nana for her kind heart. He hopes he can become as kind and as loving as her in the future.
"Mhm, I'll talk to him but I'm still angry so maybe after sometime..." Taehyung said and his grandma smiled at him as she nodded.
"By the way, your boy looks beautiful. You two would make such a beautiful pair, you have my blessings." Mrs. Kim teased him as she got up from the couch and walked into her room.
"Ughh Nana! You can't say things like these." Taehyung grumbled out, his cheeks turning light shade of pink, no one has to know that though.
Taehyung looked at the paper bag which was kept on the table. He took the bag and went back to his room. He kept the bag on his bed and stared at it for few minutes, before finally giving up and looking into the bag.
The first thing he noticed was his portrait. He gently took it out and placed it on the bed. Then he noticed few letters and a small glass jar, full of small notes.
The glass jar was labelled as well.
"I know you probably won't talk to me for a while, so this is how I'll communicate with you (please, don't break the jar :( it took a lot of effort (I'm not complaining though (just don't break it and please don't throw away the chits as well ))). "
Taehyung chuckled at silly note which was lasted on the lid of the jar as he read it.
Then he noticed the small colourful notes, pasted on the side of the jar, he can still smell the glue.
There was a red label which says "whenever you feel angry at Jungkook-ie or anyone else"
The blue one says "when you feel lonely"
The yellow one says "when you feel giddy"   and finally the pink one says "when you're ready to forgive Jungkook-ie"
Taehyung couldn't even see a pink note as he tried to peak, maybe there was just a single one. He smiled at the others efforts but still that doesn't mean he was ready to talk to him yet. He just has few questions and he really wanted answers of those questions but Jungkook should also know that he shouldn't hide things from Taehyung, especially things like this, if he really want to be Taehyung's friend. Maybe if it was someone else, he wouldn't be so mad, but it was Jungkook, and he didn't expect that Jungkook would hide things from him and he was really upset about that.
Taehyung peaked inside the paper bag once again and noticed a brown envelope with a small "for Taehyung-ie hyung" written on it. He decided to read the letter tomorrow as he was really sleepy. He just gulped in a painkiller and drifted off to sleep after arranging his bed.
