A middle class boy, Kim Taehyung, who only have his sick grandmother in the name of family comes, to Seoul to complete his higher studies and to treat his grandmother. He also has an older step-brother who loves him more than anything in this world...
"Ughh! Fucking stop ringing!" Jungkook groaned out in his sleep since the alarm won't stop ringing. "Yah! Sleepy head, wake up, it's 9 in the morning." He felt a warm hand on his forehead and he leaned more into the touch. "Jungkook, wake up, you need to eat something." "Just few more minutes." Jungkook pulled the comforter over his head and then he heard a deep chuckle. Jungkook frowned at the foreign sound, his dad's voice is definitely not this deep and most importantly his parents weren't home. Jungkook sat up straight when realization hit him, his eyes wide, even though his vision is blurry. He quickly rubbed his eyes to clear his vision and as soon as he opened his eyes properly, his eyes took in the unfamiliar room. Jungkook frowned more at that, too busy in looking around the room to notice someone else was standing right beside him. "You're in my room." Jungkook flinched at the sudden voice and jerked his head towards the source. His eyes landed on Taehyung, his bare body was on display. Jungkook noticed that the other applied the balm on his wound, that's why maybe he didn't have anything on. The sweatpants are hanging a bit low on his waist, the waistband of the underwear peeking through it. "Done staring?" Taehyung's deep voice broke his out of the trance and he immediately looked away, suddenly feeling shy. "I-uh I wasn't staring, it's just your uh wound looks a bit b-better." Jungkook stammered out. "Yeah, it does. Thanks to you." Taehyung smiled at him. "Uh how am I here?" Jungkook asked as he saw Taehyung placing the breakfast on the bedside table. "You don't remember the match?" Taehyung raised his eyebrow at the other. "Oh....." Then memories from last night flashed in front of him, Taehyung being his opponent in the match, him hurting Taehyung, sprinting out of the stadium as soon as the match was over, Taehyung following him, him crying in Taehyung's embrace, everything flashed in front of his eyes and his lips wobbled again. How can he forget that he hurt Taehyung again? Taehyung is probably talking to him because he didn't want to leave him alone at night. "Stop running your small brain and don't you dare to cry again." Taehyung said as he sat on the bed, right in front of Jungkook. "B-but I hurt you again and I-" "Jungkook, you didn't hurt me! It was a match and I hurt you as well, we had to do that and it's not your fault. Aren't you angry with me? I didn't tell you that I'm also a part of underground boxing matches." Taehyung asked, trying to divert the other's mind. "Why would I be mad at you?" Jungkook asked with a frown. He didn't really understand why should he be mad at Taehyung, the other didn't do anything wrong. "Uh I didn't tell you that I-" "It's alright though. You don't owe me anything and what job you do or how you earn money is not something people would discuss with someone they met probably few months ago. I understand you need a huge amount of money for nana's treatment and as a college student it is not possible for you to get a proper job and boxing is a really good way to get that money." "Aren't you too understanding?" Taehyung ruffled Jungkook's hair and smiled at him who Jungkook blushed at the compliment. "Uh Taehyung? Did you um read my letter?" Jungkook hesitantly asked, suddenly looking away from Taehyung. "I did and I forgave you yesterday only. I was being uh well an idiot? I should've listened to your explanation but I was so angry that you hid such a big thing from me and I just-" "You weren't being an idiot though, you had every reason to be mad at me. I just- I didn't want to make you uncomfortable so I didn't say anything for all these days." Jungkook explained the same thing. "I know now, I'm sorry for uh ignoring your messages." Taehyung apologized and Jungkook smiled at him. "No worries. So.....we're still friends right?" Jungkook asked and Taehyung noticed the hesitancy. "Of course we are." "By the way, your clothes are right beside you and you can freshen up and take a shower in my washroom, I'll give you my clothes, I guess you don't want to wear the same clothes in a row since you have a sensitive skin so I'll lend you mine. Make sure to finish the breakfast and nana asked you to stay over for lunch and she'll not take no as an answer." Taehyung explained everything and Jungkook also noticed that he was actually almost naked, he was only wearing boxers and the comforter covering up his bare body. In his home, he doesn't bother to wear anything before going to bed because indeed he has a very sensitive skin, he feels really itchy if he sleeps with his clothes on. He immediately flushed red. Did Taehyung undress him? Fuck, that's sounds so hot and wrong at the same time. "Uh...how did you know I have a sensitive skin?" Jungkook asked shyly. "You dad told me. I uh informed him you're staying over at mine and well, he said you have a sensitive skin and you'll be restless if you sleep with too many clothing on and I didn't want you to wake up, you looked like you needed the sleep so I undressed you. Don't worry though, I didn't see anything." Taehyung explained as he sat on his study table. "Oh that's alright. Uh thank you." Jungkook said and sprinted into the washroom to freshen up, he'll shower after having the breakfast, he was really hungry. Jungkook decided to text his dad as he sat on the bed to eat his breakfast. Taehyung was engrossed in his studies and didn't spare a glance at Jungkook and he pouted at that.
