Third Person's POV

"Hey, what are you doing there? Come in." Taehyung called out for Jungkook who was peeping in his own room.

Taehyung woke up an hour ago and Eun-ae brought him a soup to help with his headache - the soup was made by Jungkook but he was hesitant and shy to face Taehyung.

Jungkook was shy about the kiss they shared but he was equally hurt after knowing Taehyung's past. The other has gone through so much yet was standing strong for so long, he can never imagine enduring so much at such a young age. He promised himself he'll give Taehyung the world if he can and if Taehyung allows him to. He's determined to make Taehyung's life better now. His father has already said he'll handle Hansoo and his wife, he just needs to make sure Taehyung doesn't face them again, not until he's healed.

"Uhh..was just checking on you. Are you okay?" Jungkook asked shyly and Taehyung couldn't control himself from chuckling. Jungkook acts really adorable at times.

"I am. Are you okay? I troubled you too much yesterday, didn't I?" Taehyung actually freaked out in the morning right after waking up, but t Eun-ae was there to calm him down. She assured him Jungkook didn't take a word wrong, infact he was very understanding about the whole situation. That did calm Taehyung down. He didn't know how he would've handle Jungkook hating him when he is already deep into his feeling.

"No, you didn't trouble me at all. I couldn't even help you....." Jungkook mumbled out as he sat on the bed, near Taehyung.

"Who said you didn't help? You helped the most. Also, thank you for the soup." Eun-ae told Taehyung that it was Jungkook who made it for him.

"Uh...I-ugh I told mom not to say anything. I hope you liked it." Jungkook mumbled out, embarrassed.

"I did like it, but I would've loved it if it was you giving it to me. Why didn't you tag along with aunt?" Jungkook noticed the teasing tone in Taehyung's voice, but he wasn't sure if he was actually teasing him or not.

"I-well I didn't know how to face you?" He wasn't really questioning it but he voiced it in that way.

"Why? Because you know my past now? Does that bother you? It's okay if you think it was my fault and-"

"Hey no no, none of that. I don't know how could anyone even blame you in that situation but no, I do not balme you in anyway. I believe in you. They are just inhumane and I feel too disgusted to even talk about them. Dad said he'll handle those two soon so don't worry about those piece of shits either." Jungkook unconsciously clenched his fist, making his veins visible for Taehyung's eyes and he's only a man who has a weakness for those veiny tattooed hands.

"Then?" Taehyung focused back at those doe eyes, already imagining where the conversation is heading.

"Then? You have the audacity to ask me? You literally kissed me and then ask me why couldn't I face you? Bro what would you do if your crush kissed you? Would you be able to face them without blushing like a teenager?" Jungkook grumbled out, letting his frustration out.
The audacity of Taehyung to tease him after knowing very well what he had done.

"Well, I'm not blushing like a teenager in front of, am I?" Taehyung smirked at him.

Jungkook stared at Taehyung for a second, not understanding what the other's words meant until it clicked.

"Wha-what do you mean?" Jungkook flushed, not wanting to assume too soon.

"I thought Jungkook-ie is smart?" Taehyung teased further, enjoying the way Jungkook's cheeks turned into a shade of peach. So pretty.

"Yah! Don't tease me! I don't want to be confused okay? Just say it clearly if you like me, don't beat around the bush." Jungkook huffed out.

"I like you." Those words flows out of Taehyung's mouth like a warm breathe, piercing right through Jungkook's heart.
Jungkook doesn't know what to say anymore, he has anticipated this moment for so long but now that it's happening he doesn't know how to react.
