Now one can't expect Taehyung to believe Jaehyun directly when he said that he was quite familiar with his nana, of course he would go to his grandma and ask about Jungkook's parents. Just because he believed Mr. Jeon when he said that he was familiar with Yeri doesn't mean he'll take risk when his nana is involved. "Hey nana" Taehyung entered into his grandma's room and found her sitting on the balcony and feeding few birds. He went towards her and hugged her tightly from behind. "Look who's here. Did you have lunch?" His grandma asked, a bit worried cuz Taehyung had this habit of skipping meals every now and then. "I did. I did and even jungkook bought me a bubble tea so I'm quite full" Taehyung said while humming, he changed his position and placed his head on his Nana's lap, smiling lightly when a hand reached his hair and massaged his sculp gently. "Oh? Jungkook seems really nice.....so did you agree to be his bf?" his grandma asked him, teasingly. "Nana! I told you he's just a friend and also I'm not interested yk that well" Taehyung huffed and his grandma couldn't help but coo at her grandson, who was pouting now. "Okay okay I'll stop. Then tell me how was uni?" She asked while her hands still massaging Taehyung's sculp gently. "It was okay........though I wanted to ask you something" Tae said and opened his eyes and looked straight into his grandma's eyes. "Hey baby, what's wrong? Did something happen at the uni? Are you alright?" His grandma asked, and taehyung could say that his nana was worried so he quickly explained "nana no no, nothing is wrong with me, see, I'm alright.....its about something else" "Oh then it's okay, don't hesitate like this, ask away" His grandma encouraged him to say but Taehyung was worried about something else, he didn't wanna bring his mother bcz maybe that will trigger his grandma and would harm her in some way? He wasn't sure if he should talk about this or not but he decided to ask away nonetheless. "Uh so the other day while I was at work I ran into Jungkook and his father, yoongi was also there but that's beside the point. So, I ran into them and Mr. Jeon talked to me for a while....." Taehyung took a deep breathe before continuing "Mr.Jeon asked me if I was related to Kim Yeri or not a-and I said that I'm her son" Taehyung stopped talking to see how his grandma would react to it but she looked quite calm about it so he continued "I didn't reveal this like that only don't worry. He said that he and his wife were mumma's best bstfrnd and he seemed really genuine so i just blurted out yes" this time Taehyung was cutoff by his grandma herself, "wdym her best friend? Your mother had only two close friends ....... You mean it was....." His grandma couldn't finish her sentence when silent tears started to stream down her face. Taehyung didn't waste a second before evolving her in a hug and they stayed like that for a while when finally Tae pulled away and wiped her tears and Taehyung was confirmed that Jungkook's father wasn't lying about being closed to his grandma as well. "He texted me today and asked me about you and said that if I want to know if you're familiar with him or not then to ask you about Jae and Eun......were they really mumma's best friend?" Taehyung asked, trying to keep his tone as gentle as possible. Taehyung got his answer when his grandma broke down into sobs, he figured that Jaehyun and Eun-ae were actually close to his grandma as well. "Was it really Jae? You mean Jae is Jungkook's father?" His grandma asked, expecting a positive answer and she smiled brightly when Taehyung nodded. "It's been so long since I last saw them...." and at this Taehyung replied "would you like to invite them? Or would you like to talk over video call? I can call them and infact Mr. Jeon, himself asked if he can talk to you over face time or not" and his grandma didn't even take a second before replying with "let's invite them for dinner" and Taehyung chuckled out a "sure" and grabbed his phone from his pocket.
