𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 a deep breath that could have blown out a birthday candle, Cheonsa blurted out the words like a shaken-up soda bottle finally popped open.

"Uhm, can I have another ticket?"

Jungwon's eyebrows raised in surprise as Cheonsa made her request.

He was about to deny her, but her wide grin and playful demeanour made him hesitate.

"What ticket?"

he asked, curious as to what she could possibly want.

Cheonsa put on her best James Bond impression, drawing her hands up to her chest and aiming them at Jungwon like she was about to take down an enemy spy.

"I need a ticket to your heart, sir,"

She said, winking and shooting him with her finger guns.

Her fingers formed a heart as she pretended to blow Jungwon away.

Jungwon couldn't help but laugh at the cheesy pickup line, and the sound echoed through the empty street.

He covered his mouth with his hand, trying to contain his amusement.

Cheonsa felt her heart skip a beat at the sight of his dimples.

But then, Jungwon regained his composure and gave her a stern look.

"Miss Cheonsa, please keep it professional,"

He said, trying to hide his smile. Cheonsa didn't miss a beat, however.

"Oh, come on, sir. You can't deny the power of a good pickup line,"

She said, batting her eyelashes.

"But fine, I'll be serious. Can I please have a different ticket?"

Jungwon nodded, trying to keep a straight face.

"Of course. What ticket do you need?"

Cheonsa leaned in conspiratorially.

"A ticket with your number in it, sir,"

She whispered, grinning widely. Jungwon couldn't help but laugh again, his eyes crinkling at the corners.

"Miss Cheonsa, you're now certainly persistent,"

He said, but his voice had a hint of amusement.

He blurted it out, fully aware that Cheonsa's former self would sooner climb a tree than utter such bold words.

Cheonsa beamed a radiant smile in response, completely clueless to his attempt to convey that he recognized her as the introverted girl from their high-school days.

"What can I say? I know what I want,"

His cat-like eyes squinted with his head down, trying to maintain his composure, but he couldn't help the smile that was trying to escape from the corners of his mouth.
