Cheonsa's eyes widened in surprise, and she quickly looked away.

A wave of disbelief washed over her as his words sank in, fully aware that he knew damn well of where her gaze had landed.

But then,

As if struck by a lightning bolt of mischief, an idea popped into her head, restoring her confidence in a flash.

She looked at him, a sly smile curling her lips as she plotted her next move with unwavering certainty.

Jungwon looked at her, waiting for her response, but then she suddenly gestured to him with her hand.

She used her finger, wanting him to come closer to her and give his ear.

Jungwon complied, moving closer to her, his ear now within reach.

Cheonsa drew a deep breath and leaned in closer, her lips grazing Jungwon's ear as she whispered in a sultry tone,

"Shall I tell you a secret?"

We both share a secret smile, our lips gently curving upwards, hidden from view.

" I was thinking of kissing you just now, but I decided to save it for our wedding day."

It felt like karma had finally caught up with him, a curling repayment for all he had done to her.

Jungwon's heart skipped a beat as he heard her words, and he felt his cheeks heat up.

But before he could respond, Cheonsa planted a kiss on his cheek, leaving behind a beige-red lipstick stain.

Oh, how quickly the tables have turned again; this time, it was Jungwon who widened his eyes, adrenaline coursing through his veins after what she had just done.

He couldn't believe the boldness of this woman standing before him.

"Cheonsa, you really..."

"...are something else,"
He said, his voice filled with awe and stiffness.

With a playful curl of her lips, Cheonsa savored the thrill of his reaction, relishing in the satisfaction it brought her.

"My parents have been waiting too long already, I really have to go now"
She turned on her car engine.

"Well, see you, it was nice seeing you again, Cheonsa,"
Jungwon said, smiling and waving his hands.

With that,

The spirited lady set off for her respective destination, driving away with gusto.

As Jungwon watched from afar, he couldn't tear his eyes away from her car as it snaked away into the distance, disappearing from view.

As he looked down at the paper, she had given him, a smile slowly crept across his face, amused by the cunning and sly nature of the girl who had managed to steal a ticket from him without him ever realizing it.

The paper seemed to curl with mischievous delight, as if it too was in on the clever ploy.

As he ran his fingers through his hair, the anticipation grew within him, palpable as the rustle of the folded ticket in his hand.

With a deep breath, he opened it, his heart skipping a beat as he read the words.

With a mischievous grin, he gently bit his bottom lip, savoring the thrill of seeing her phone number scrawled on the page next to a bold declaration: "Future Wife".

"Cheonsa... Yang,"
He murmurs, a soft chuckle escaping his lips as he reads the name next to it, before carefully folding the paper back.
