𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐀'𝐒 eyes widened in mock surprise, her hand flying to her chest in a dramatic gesture.

"Oh my goodness, was I?"

She exclaimed, her tone dripping with sarcasm.

"I had no idea! I thought I was driving like a little old lady!"

Jungwon couldn't help but roll his eyes at Cheonsa's exaggerated response.

"Not quite sure about that, miss,"
he said, his lips quirking up into a small smile.

"But you were definitely driving like a speed demon out there."
He gives back her exaggerated response.

As Cheonsa and the officer locked eyes, it was like watching a standoff between a grumpy cat and a goofy golden retriever.

The officer's stern expression could curdle milk, while Cheonsa's face was as open and welcoming as a sunflower on a summer's day.

The awkward silence stretched out for a few seconds before Cheonsa finally cracked and looked away.

Cheonsa's mind raced as she tried to come up with an excuse for her reckless driving.

She glanced away from Officer Jungwon, her eyes darting around as she searched for something - anything - to distract him from his line of questioning.

"I'm sorry, officer,"
She said, her voice laced with false sincerity.

"But I really didn't see any speed limit signs around here."
Jungwon's eyebrows shot up in disbelief as he took a step back from the car.

"You didn't see any signs?"
He repeated incredulously.

"Well, let me give you a better look, miss."
With a sly grin, he gestured for Cheonsa to look out her window.

And there, standing tall and proud on the side of the road, was a giant sign that read "Speed Limit: 100mph."

Cheonsa's eyes widened in shock as she realised she had been caught red-handed.

"You drove past that limit which was 130mph, ma'am..."
Jungwon said sternly, his grin fading into a look of disappointment.

"I'm afraid I'm going to have to issue you a ticket."
