She stares at me with her big beautiful blue eyes. The ones I fell in love with 2 years ago. ''I love you'' I say, slightly confident. She looks shocked, and kind of scared. Oh no. She gets up and runs, its the fastest I've ever seen her run before. I ruined it, I ruined our friendship, which is the most important thing I have.
I stare after her, and then get up and start to run. ''Wait, Emma please'' I scream out. She is walking now, on the road. ''This is so dangerous, come off the road'' I see her smile and shake her head. I sprint towards her, and grab her arm. ''I'm sorry, I know that probably freaked you out but...its true'' I whisper, a tear falling down my cheek. She turns around ''I'm just confused right now. I...I have to think about this'' She mumbles. ''Just let me give you a lift home, we're pretty far away from your house'' I say to her.
She nods and follows me back to my car. We listen to music along the way, and suddenly our favourite song comes on, and Emily belts out the lyrics, and laughs when she sees my face, staring at her. Then I start belting out the lyrics along with her, and bop to the music for 20 minutes.
