*Crimson's POV*

I'm knocked out for a few days, and I got a literal mountain of paperwork just waiting for me. Its times like these that makes me miss being a simple Pilot. They point and I go and make sure whatever needs to be dead is dead and everything else around it just for the hell of it. Yet there is a certain Zen about doing paperwork. Weird that it mellows me out. Why do we need a ton of Lard? Denied.

*Knock* *Knock*

I check my scroll and its roughly 9 am. Guess it's time.

Crimson: "Come in Silver."

I don't look up as I hear the door open. Why do they need my permission for recruitment of new Atlas Soldiers? Oh well. Denied. Winter can fix it later. I need a secretary.

Silver: "Umm...Chief?"

I finished up this last pile of paperwork before giving her my attention. Honestly. I'm a bit annoyed at Her at the moment. Silver is in fact, not in Uniform. She came to my office wearing casuals. Jeans and a Black Hoodie. I have no idea why. How...Unprofessional.

Crimson: "Silver..."

Silver: "I know...I know... I'm sorry about what happen. I was just..."

Crimson: "No not that."

Silver: "What?"

Crimson: "Is there a particular reason you're not in uniform?"

She went wide eye in confusion. I honestly don't know why but okay. I figured she was one of my smarter COs, but that opinion is changing.

Silver: "I figured that I didn't need it today...or...ever again..."

Now it's my turn to be confused. Is she honestly leaving us? Wait. Oh! There's the problem. I forget that they are Atlisians First and Vikings Second. But I am curious about something. Let's find out.

Crimson: "Silver. Why are you here?"

She is refusing to meet my gaze. Constant fidgeting. Looking around the room for an escape route. Now isn't this amusing.

Silver: "Aren't...I...getting discharged?"

Crimson: "For?"

Silver: "For striking a superior officer... getting into a fight with your...well.. At the very least, I'm getting stripped of my command or even worse...getting exiled to another part of the Heralds..."

She looked so devastated. That look of fucking up your entire life due to one mistake. Pure regret and forlorn in those eyes. I honestly think she is about to cry if we keep this up. Ah! There are the tears. Honestly though. I find it funny that she thinks her entire life has no meaning now. Honestly. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Silver: "WHY ARE YOU LAUGHING!?!?"

Crimson: "Cause its funny! HAAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!"

Silver: "I...I didn't think...you'll be this cruel!?!?! Here I am! Ready to lose EVERYTHING! MY COMMAND! MY VIKING! MY PLACE HERE! AND YOU LAUGH AT ME!?!?!? AFTER ALL THAT WE HAVE BEEN THROUGH!!!! YOU LAUGH!!!!!"

Crimson: "Yes! Cause you think you're in trouble when you're not! HAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!"

I needed a minute as I finally get some air in me. That was a good laugh. That dumbfound look on her is hilarious! The ever Cool. The Ever Stoic. The Face for the Lady Vikings is a crying wreck. Well. Time to end this charade.
