The New Student

Rengoku POV:

It always has to be this way. I end up breaking someone's heart or, they break mine. When will this deadly cycle come to an end? When my end is near? Most likely I'm guessing. Well, school started again and, I looked like a total nightmare. No one to help me. No one to love me. And one that kills me the most is, the feeling of jealousy. Not even one second I get to myself of where I see Giyu and that bitchy calico making out with each other. At this rate, I would say just to ditch Kamado but, Hanazawa-San didn't do that to me. Any way, when hell's paradise was over, aka School, I ran out to my bus and sat by myself. I looked out the window looking like a wretched soul. I couldn't help but keep in my tears anymore. I let it all out as I heard a girl say, "I'm sorry, I really am, can I sit here though?" A cute girl that looked like my age said as she pointed where she wanted to sit. I wiped away my tears and said, "Sure, go right ahead.."

We stood quiet for a while until she said, "What's you're name? Weren't you that new kid?" She said as he blue ocean eyes stared in my direction. "Kyojuro Rengoku. I grew up in a village that was burned down for a while. That's the whole reason why I moved here. Was that to much information?" I said as I asked her. "No, of course not. It's Valarie by the way. It's nice to meet you Kyojuro!" She said as she left the bus seat first. I smiled at her as I saw her trip on the stairs. "WATCH OUT!" I said as I caught her. She gasped and looked at me. "Come on Valarie, get up" I said as I got her up. "Thank you so much!" She said as she hugged me. "You're welcome?" I said awkwardly as I hugged her back. "I'll make sure to watch out this time, I'd like to thank you again Kyojuro, what you did saved my life" She said as she went down the little stairs on the bus and got off. "Please, it's alright you don't have to thank me. You live around greenwood?" I said as I looked at her. "Yeah, I live right around... THERE!" She said as she pointed her finger at where her home was. "I live right behind where you live! That's exciting isn't it?" I said as I looked back at her. "Really? Of course it is! Look, Kyojuro, I'm sorry I wasn't able to show you around cause, I was on a long trip in Las Vegas. If you still need help around here, you can call my.. Number.... Sorry, I'm just trying to put it up on here.." She said as she loaded up her phone. Her wallpaper was a cute little cat squish mallow picture which, made me smile for some reason. "No It's totally alright! Oh- Thank you" I said as I smiled. "Of course, you saved my life from almost breaking a limb! Here you go, Valarie Yua! Alrighty, that should do it, Bye Kyojuro! I'll sit with you during lunch!" She said as she walked away. I felt like I could trust her but, what will Kamado do to me? He seemed pretty weird since the last time I saw him. He told me he thought he was better off of me and left talking with Giyu. 

Valarie. A name that I guess I'll start gazing at. Still, I feel like I still like Kamado for some reason. He basically cheated on me didn't he? Why do I still love this Bitchy Calico? I'm so confusing! I open the door to my house as I put my stuff down. After a whole hour of finishing school assignments, I went to go check my messages and, of course, Kamado blocked me. Now he's living happily with Giyu. I know Valarie might be my second target but, I can't just let Kamado go can I? I have this weird feeling that I just can't. "Hi Kyojuro! Wanna talk?" A message from Valarie came up on my phone as I respond with, "Are you done with you're assignments? If so then, sure! I'd love to talk to you." She took a long time to respond but after two hours, she said, "Done. Sorry I took a long period of time, I'm just always stumped on math, are you good at that stuff?" Her message came up as she asked me. "Not at all. In fact, I think I'll never be" I said depressingly. "Don't say that! It's has been 1 month since you been here! You'll be so great one day, you might even know everything! You just have to practice" She responded to my message and put a little smiley face next to it. I smiled knowing she told me other wise. A young caring girl that loves helping and is optimistic. Something I always needed in my life was someone to tell me otherwise about my thoughts and preserve me. It may seem like I don't need anyone to tell me, 'you can do it' but, sometimes, well, most of the time, I get stuck on something. And no one was there to tell me anything. Kamado relied on myself to tell myself everything and, I just told him everything. "Valarie, don't tell this to a single person alright?" I said as I told her. "Alright, what is it?" Valarie said as she asked me. "I HATE Giyu" That message I said, must've changed her thinking. Cause she said, "Really?"

I stood quiet thinking about what I just did. "Yes. I really do." I said as I told her. "No worries. I won't tell a soul"
