"Woah, with highest honor!"

I jumped off in happiness. Mama quickly gave me a hug, ganoon din si Papa. My friends also congratulated me dahil sa 'with highest honor' ako, along with Jeyo.

"E 'di, kayo na 'tong matalino!" Clyde rolled his eyes, pero tumawa rin naman siya.

"With high naman kayo, ah," I told him.

"Asus, easy lang kamitin ang with high. Iyong with highest ang mahirap kamitin, e." Napakamot siya sa ulo niya.

"With highest honor... Kaiden Jayle Feudo!"

I was a little bit shocked as I turned my head on the stage. I saw Kaiden, with my Mama, wearing a smile on his face.

And as what I had observed, I never saw him studying or what.

Jeyo asked.

I laughed at his statement, what a judger friend of mine. "Yeah, matalino rin naman 'yan. 'Yon lang ay para hindi niya sineseryoso ang school niya."

"Hindi sineseryoso? E, bakit with highest 'yan?" Hazel seemed so shock, too.

"Basta, andito na siya, tumahimik na kayo." I told them and they immediately shut their mouths up as soon as Kaiden went near us.

I glaced at his direction and caught him looking at me, his cheeks turned red and looked away. What now? What happened to him?

"Oy, congrats!" Clyde said to Kaiden.

"Hello, congrats din sa inyo." Kaiden smiled. He turned his eyes on me and smiled at me, sweetly. That made my cheek turn red. "And you too, congratulations."

"C-congrats din," I gave him a small smile.

I had to look away since we just made a deal. About that 'treating each other as strangers', and I guess we did that so well. We talked so casual ngayon, hindi na tulad noon na away nang away lang ang alam namin.

"'Nak, good bye now. Visit kami rito sa susunod na mga taon, ah." And for the last time, I gave my family a hug before they went to an airplane.

I was also crying, but now that they are gone, I wiped my tear immediately. I don't want Kaiden to see me crying, baka tawagin akong o.a, e.

"Tara na," he told me.

I nodded at him and followed him from the back. We booked a grab and went back to our condo. I went to the bathroom to cry in there, I'm gonna miss my parents.

I washed my face nang matapos akong umiyak. After that, I went out of the bathroom to go to the kitchen to eat. I saw Kaiden sitting alone, wearing nothing on top but an apron.

"Kain ka na," he told me.

"Okay."

As months passed by, another school year came. This time, grade 8 na 'ko. Many months had also passed at ganoon pa rin kami ni Kaiden. I'm a little bit hurt... but why? Why is my heart aching everytime he ignores me? Do I miss our fights?

"Zior! Naks, nag grow up ka na, ah!" Clyde gave me a hug.

"Glow up kasi 'yon," Yohan corrected.

"Tse! Judgemental ka talaga bestie, ano?" Clyde raised a brow at Yohan, napailing na lang si Yohan.

"Nasaan si Jeyo?" I asked.

"Ewan, wala pa, e." Sabi ni Hazel. "Mamaya, dadating din 'yon."

"Omg! Hi guys!" And just like what we expected, Jeyo came. Many months had passed and I never had the chance to see him. "Hi, guys! Hi, Zior!"
