"Hello." I answered the phone.
"You doing some?" He asked.
"No...why?" I asked.
"Come ride wit me."
"You asking or you telling?" I asked.
"Telling, i'm outside and i need to talk to you." He said before just straight up hanging up.
"I just put my bonnet on." I huffed getting out of bed changing into a zip up jacket and some tights before taking my hair out of the bonnet.
I went outside seeing his black Range Rover parked in my driveway.
"So, what do you need to talk to me about?" I asked and he reversed out of my driveway.
"You hungry?" He asked.
"No, I already ate i was getting ready to go to sleep." I said.
"You must was dozing off when i called?"
"Getting ready to go to sleep as in laying down ignoring everyone for the rest of the night while i watch netflix and scroll on tiktok." I said.
"You ain't ignore me." He chuckled.
"That's not the point." I mumbled and he turned up thee radio disregarding what i asked in the first place. Promise by jagged edge was still playing from when i first got in the car.

From the outside looking in you would think he was playing this song on purpose but he plays music like this all the time. It kind of reminded me of when i was over his house and we wasn't playing nothing but old school songs and songs from the early 2000s.
