"Hey Dr.Richardson." I greeted my gynecologist.
"Hey Serayah." She gave me a hug. "Girl i been waiting to see you again, you doing so good." She said.
"Thank you." I said.
"And you already the know the routine." She pulled out her clip board.
"And do." I smiled standing on the scale as she checked my weight. "I looked down seeing that I was 140 pounds. She then checked my blood pressure and gave me a cup to pee in. When i was done she proceeded leading me inside of another room.
"Okay imma step out and let you get undressed." She said and i nodded. I don't get why they be feeling the need to step out she finna be all up in my personal space anyways.
When she came back she did a pelvic exam the whole time we was having a regular conversation while she was doing what she had to do.
"Okay and we're gonna do a breast exam to check for any lumps and things pertaining to that." She said and I nodded.
When she was finished she allowed me to get dressed before coming back in the room.
"You're just gonna feel a tiny pinch." She said as she tied the rubber thing around my arm to take my blood. It was just a normal and general routine to check for things out of the ordinary specifically any diseases.
"Everything seems to be looking pretty good though, your health is great actually." She said as she stuck the needle inside of my arm.
"That's good." I smiled before someone knocked on the door.
"Come in." She said and a female doctor peeked her head in.
"Dr.Richardson can I speak with you for a second." She said.
"Of course, I'll be out in just a second." She said and the lady nodded as she closed the door.
"Do you have any questions or concerns?" She stood up cleaning up the area and throwing her gloves away.
"I need another prescription of birth control pills i'm out of refills." I said.
"That should be no problem, i'll be right back." She said before leaving out and got on my phone scrolling on instagram. It took a while for her to come back.
"Ms. Serayah have experienced any significant changes with your body?" She asked as she came back.
"Well i haven't had an appetite lately it's on and off though it's always like that when i'm about to start my cycle." I explained.
"When is your next cycle?" She asked.
"In two days but i've been spotting so maybe sooner than that." I said.
"Would you mind taking a pregnancy test for me. We have to do a pregnancy test before birth control?" She asked.
"I can do that i actually do have to pee again." I mumbled as she gave me the pregnancy test. I wasn't worried about it because im not pregnant i've been celibate for going on two almost three months now. Plus i did it the other time before she prescribed me some birth control pills.
