Dean had always known that he was attracted to women, but he had also felt a pull towards men. He had never really talked about it, never really explored it. He had always kept it to himself, thinking that it was something that he could never share with anyone.

Dean had known Castiel for years, and they had become close friends over time. They had shared many adventures, and they had been through many ups and downs. Dean had always felt a connection with Cas, something that he couldn't quite explain. He had always felt drawn to him, in a way that he had never felt with anyone else.

As time went on, Dean began to realize that his feelings for Cas were more than just friendship. He began to feel a pull towards him, a longing that he couldn't ignore. He began to realize that he was attracted to Cas, in a way that he had never been attracted to anyone before.

Dean struggled with his feelings, not knowing what to do or how to express them. He felt confused, scared, and alone. He didn't know how to talk to Cas about it, or even if he should. He didn't want to risk losing his friendship, but he also didn't want to keep his feelings bottled up inside.

One day, Dean decided to talk to Sam about it. He was nervous, scared, and unsure of how Sam would react. He knew that Sam was his brother, and that he loved him no matter what, but he still felt nervous about telling him.

Dean sat down with Sam and took a deep breath "Uhm I wanted to tell you something, it's something I've been keeping to myself mostly."

Dean took another deep breath and he could feel tears forming in his eyes. Sam gave Dean a small reassuring smile.
"I've had these feelings and I don't know how to place it, I like women but I like men too" Dean said and he kept looking everywhere but Sam's eyes. "You're saying you're bisexual?" "I'm what?" Dean asked confused. "Bisexual, it means that you're attracted to both men and women." Sam explained. "Well I guess you can say I'm bisexual then" Dean said and let out a small laugh.

When Sam didn't say anything, Dean could feel panic rise up in his chest. Sam smiled and said "You thought I would think of you differently? You're my brother, I don't care who you like."

Sam gave Dean a hug. Dean felt relieved, grateful, and happy that Sam had been so supportive. He felt like a weight had been lifted off his shoulders, and he felt more confident about talking to Cas.

A few days later, Dean met up with Cas, and they went out for a walk. They had a little small talk. Dean felt nervous, but he knew that he had to tell Cas how he felt.

Finally, after a few moments of silence, Dean took a deep breath and said, "Cas, I need to tell you something. I don't know how to say this, but I," Dean was silent for a moment before continuing "I think I'm attracted to you. I just wanted to be honest with you."

Cas looked at Dean, his eyes filled with understanding and compassion. He took Dean's hand and said, "Dean, I've known for a while that you were struggling with your feelings. I've felt the same way about you for a long time, but I didn't know how to tell you. I was scared that I would lose you as a friend if I said anything."

Dean couldn't believe what he was hearing. He felt like a weight had been lifted off his shoulders, and he felt a sense of relief and happiness that he had never felt before. He looked at Cas and smiled, feeling a connection between them that he had never felt with anyone else.

Cas smiled back at Dean, and they stood there for a moment, holding hands and looking into each other's eyes. They both knew that they had a lot to talk about, but they also knew that they had each other, and that was all that mattered.

They talked about how they had always been drawn to each other, how they had always felt a connection that they couldn't explain. They talked about how they wanted to be together, to explore their feelings, and to see where their love would take them.

Dean knew that he had a lot to learn about himself, about his sexuality, and about his relationship with Cas. But he also knew that he had Cas by his side, and that was all that mattered. He felt happy, relieved, and grateful for the love and support from his brother, and he knew that he had a bright future ahead of him, with Cas by his side.
