The Guardian has held Baam captive for 11 days as of today. The others are doing fairly well; it is safe to say that they had a small camping trip, while the Sin-Ang-Ui organization and Khun have been exceptionally busy for the past week and a half. Thankfully, their effort was proven to be fruitful, as they now reach the conclusion of their search.
"I'm astonished that you discovered it before Eleena. As anticipated by a Khun, it appears your highlights regarding your skill are true." Eleena grumbles under her breath, simulating indifference at Selini's compliment regarding the ability of the other light bearer. Nonetheless, there is no doubt that she is impressed and relieved that it is over.
After all, Eleena has been working without a rest, and her sweet, tempting call of laziness has been calling out for her this entire time. So, she feels exceptionally grateful to Khun for putting an end to this frustrating search. Although her dignity as a skilled light bearer of the team was harmed in the process of this.
But no one predicted this outcome either. Even if Elias had a feeling that Khun might find his way, he didn't expect he would outperform Eleena in a field she was certainly proud of. That is why he kept on stealing glances at Vior, who calmly followed Khun's footsteps in a calm stride; she was judging his final result and his end of promise.

Khun will be deemed useful and potentially helpful every time she requires assistance in many ways or methods. After all, this entire bargain has been a test that she designed with his life as an excuse. It was a metaphor — a metaphor that he was quick to realize, as it means she won't ever trust him anymore.
Which is why he kept on asking for her trust in every scenario and situation, a qualification of his persistence that allowed Vior to place the light in him and gave him the first and final chance that could be granted by her personally. And once he fulfills her expectations, it won't take long for her to entrust everything to him.
